This luxurious waterfront approx. 4,000 sq ft house was just completely remodeled in Fall 2024 (top to bottom) & offers everything you need for a perfect getaway.The front patio features a large HOT-TUB/SPA, a natural gas FIRE-TABLE, & views of Mission Bay, the sand, sailboats, paddle-boarders, the boardwalk, amazing sunsets and SeaWorld fireworks! Inside the open concept family room has comfortable sofas, big-screen TV, natural gas FIREPLACE, contemporary decor, FOOSBALL, & AIR-HOCKEY. Generous windows provide natural light & create indoor/outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, large fridge with ice-maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, food processor, kettle, dishes, glasses, silverware, both Keurig & standard coffee makers, dishwasher, high-chair, & basic spices. It will be stocked with garbage bags & 2 rolls of paper towels. There is laundry closet with a full sized WASHER & DRYER, iron and ironing board & vacuum. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large dining room. The kitchen & dining room open directly to the backyard, which has PING-PONG, natural gas BBQ, outdoor dining table (seats 8), a turf area with a toddler/young kids outdoor play-set/PLAYGROUND with a slide, a large umbrella, & two comfy seats for sitting in the shade.
