Tôi ngạc nhiên là họ không tính phí sử dụng thang máy! Giá phòng không bao gồm phí đỗ xe. Tôi chưa bao giờ nghe nói đến điều đó. Tôi tìm thấy một chiếc dây buộc tóc trên chai dầu gội và có một cục xà phòng nhỏ để chúng tôi rửa tay và tắm. Tôi cho rằng vòi hoa sen chưa được vệ sinh nên tôi đoán là hôm nay không có vòi hoa sen. Phòng sạch sẽ và thoải mái, người phục vụ ấm áp và chu đáo, cà phê ở quán cà phê Starbucks ở tầng một rất ngon! Môi trường yên tĩnh và sảnh sạch sẽ rất đặc biệt, lần sau tôi sẽ quay lại và giá cả cũng ổn.

Rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm của tôi. Giường và gối rất thoải mái. Phòng cực kỳ sạch sẽ. Nhân viên hiệu quả và tử tế, thậm chí còn cho tôi một chiếc bánh quy. Tôi không mang theo thú cưng, nhưng chắc chắn sẽ mang theo chú chó của mình trong tương lai. Cảm ơn!

Great location, few trolley stops to the historic Old Town and Downtown, shopping malls surrounding, service is excellent! We will come back !

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, from May 31 to June 1. I booked the hotel three weeks in advance through the “Trip” app, and I successfully paid for it within the app. (I still have the receipt, and the payment record is still in the Trip app.) On the night of May 31, when I checked in, everything went smoothly, and the check-in staff didn’t mention any issues, except that I had to pay a $150 deposit. One day later, Bank of America notified me that $330 had been withdrawn from my bank account by this hotel. I met with the hotel manager in person to ask for the reason, and the manager informed me that my previous payment had not gone through, so I had to pay that amount now. I was truly shocked, and I showed the manager the receipt of the payment I made through the Trip app, but the manager still didn’t accept it and demanded further confirmation from my bank to prove that I had paid for the hotel. Since it was during my check-out process, I didn’t have enough time to retrieve proof from my bank account to demonstrate this, so I temporarily set the issue aside to resolve later. I cannot understand why the hotel staff withdrew money from my personal bank account without my permission and, at the same time, how the Trip app and the hotel coordinated regarding the payment that was already made.

Mixed Experience at DoubleTree Mission Valley - Great Service, Disappointing Pool Facilities I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego Mission Valley and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share with fellow travelers. Location & Overall Property The location is decent for exploring San Diego, though nothing spectacular. San Diego is a relatively compact city, so you can get around easily from here. The hotel itself is generally clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The property has clearly been kept up over the years, and you can tell they put effort into maintaining the common areas. Service & Staff The service was average but pleasant. The staff seemed genuinely nice and welcoming throughout our stay. I have to give special mention to the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in - they were absolutely delicious and such a nice touch! It's those little details that can really make a difference in your experience. The Pool Situation - Major Disappointment Here's where things went downhill fast. We were really looking forward to using the pool facilities, but what we encountered was pretty disappointing: Outdoor pool: Not heated, which was a real letdown Jacuzzi: Okay at best, but super chlorinated to the point where it was almost uncomfortable Indoor pool: This was the worst part - it smelled strongly of urine and looked awful. I foolishly decided to take a dip anyway but left immediately. The likely culprit? Lots of kids using the pool, including some who probably aren't fully potty trained yet. The pool area really needs attention, especially the indoor facility. For a hotel of this caliber, the pool conditions were unacceptable. Final Thoughts While the hotel has its positives - cleanliness, nice staff, and those amazing cookies - the pool facilities were such a major disappointment that it really impacted our overall experience. If you're not planning to use the pools, this could be a decent choice. But if pool time is important to your stay, you might want to look elsewhere.

The facility is old. The location is convenient. And also the housekeep service is extremely satisfying, the cleaner truly spent a lot of time in keeping the house clean.

Finding myself pondering over card billings later that I was not sure what they were and could had explained earlier. All hotels I had stayed, provided free water bottles except this one.

Very good! Will stay again. Staff and rooms are great as expected. No complaints.

Everything is excellent By the way if I was booked via trip.com I always get bad views of hotel I saw the window nothing view hope next time I will see nice view Overall is very good hotel and resealable price but car parking a bit expensive I have to pay more $43 Thank you for soft and comfortable bedding

Location was great, very close to mall. Staff was professional, room was very clean as well as hotel in general. Would definitely stay again.

No hot water the first night and the second day morning. The blanket has red stains and the pillow is dirty.
