O estabelecimento deveria se apresentar como Hostel e não como Hotel, pois não oferece os requistos basicos da categoria.
Estavamos em 3 hospedes e colocaram apenas 2 toalhas de banho, com a desculpa que estavam com problemas com a lavanderia.
Não repuseram o sabonete e o xampu.
No quarto não era disponibilizado sequer um copo, p/ podermos tomar água.
O café da manhã muito simplorio e o espaço não acomodava todos hospedes.
Tbem não oferece acessibilidade, pois as escadarias são mal projetadas e sem segurança.
O unico ponto positivo foi a simpatia dos funcionários da recepção.

Overall we had a good stay. The room was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure and breakfast included was a big plus. Unfortunately our stay soured at the end as after check out we were accused of stealing a towel and charged for it. We did not steal said towel and likely never had it to begin with. Felt like we were taken advantage of as young female travelers.

The rooms where uncomfortably small and I could not move much with someone in the room. It was horrible and the gym was not available for tourists but only locals what logic is that. But they advertise that I could use the gym.

Just wanted clean room, which we got. Could bring your own food an use the kitchen and clean up after yourself, or pay for breakfast which we didn’t have. Staff very helpful and professional & called for taxi for us a few times, we’d stay there again, simple but nice.

Já começamos muito mal neste hotel: a reserva foi feita um mês antes da data da hospedagem, para ser paga em pesos na chegada.
Mas foi cobrada antecipadamente no cartão de crédito, com valor a maior e em dólares.
O hotel não fez o estorno antes da chegada, apenas na hora do check in, e o estorno, que demorou a chegar, ainda veio com U$ 50,00 a menor, depois da nossa saída do hotel.
Cama anunciada era queen size, mas a do quarto era casal simples.
Até hoje, apesar de inúmeros telefonemas, a diferença do estorno ainda não foi recebida.

Hotel al estilo Hostel. Lo mejor: cocina bastante completa y heladeras comunitarias si querés cocinar o llevarte algo al hotel para comer. Desayuno buffet con panes, medialunas masitas diversas, jugo de naranja, ensalada de frutas y yogur. No huevos ni fiambres pero al tener cocina podés prepárate vos. Espacios amplios, libres de humo y con lugares para la lectura. Tienen un pool y un espacio con juegos para los más chicos. Habitaciones cómodas, muy bien calefaccionadas. Hay hasta para 5 personas. Último pero no menos importante la calidez y muy buena predisposición de todo el personal, desde ya recepción hasta el desayuno. Está ubicado a unos 300 metros de la principal y es en pendiente, pero vale la pena. Cerca de Chimi, bar de choris (un paso obligado también), de. La cervecería Manush y del súper La Anónima. Lo malo: que no lo conozcas. Muy buena relación precio/producto
