Residence Innichen - San Candido

We stayed in August 2022 but I only write now the review. The place is great, big rooms and in the middle of the town. The house is fully equipped and we had a nice apartment. We loved so much this place that we decided to go back in February 2023 but unfortunately there were no space for us (2 adults and 2 children). Then we tried to stay there again in August 2023 but once again there were no space for us. We tried to book again in August 2023 for a week in February 2024 but once again no space for us. Then now, in September 2023 we found out that a friend of us was able to book for 4 people. When I asked information to Luana (the manager there I guess) she told us that we were not welcome anymore because we left a diaper and a bag of trash in the apartment upon departure in 2022 (just to be clear you pay extra 55 euro upon departure for cleaning fee). The most amazing thing is that they mistaken us with someone else because I remember clearly the moment I went to trash our garbage upon departure. That's how Schafer Innichen select and discriminate their guests but don't worry, there are plenty of choices to stay in San Candido, way better than than this one. Thanks to their restricted policy on how to chose the guests we found better place to stay nearby!
