Element San Antonio Riverwalk

The staff was very helpful getting our bags when we first arrived, we paid for valet when we booked which I highly recommend. The place was very clean, and I was very impressed with the room. The breakfast was nice and had a nice variety. Great location for what we needed because everything was walking distance. We will be back!

The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and its a stones throw from the San Antonio Riverwalk. ******* listing said the parking would be free if we selected the $10/night extra option at checkout (on *******) but when we got there the Front Desk said they didnt have a record of it and the charge is $45/night for Valet parking. There is a parking garage next door that allows you to overnight for $30/night. I was able to contact support and they were able to get with the Hotel and give it to us for what we were told but the Front Desk stafd told me thats not usuL. If give more stars but the internnet was out all day Saturday and Sunday morning before we checked out. So no TV or wireless while there.

it was better than other 5star hotels priced much higher. beds were amazing. the stairs to the riverwalk were right accross the street. iron cactus (the closest riverwalk restaurant) was the best. we come every year and this was our best stay yet. my husband dropped his credit card down the elevator shaft getting on, maintenance (eric) when above and beyond to get it back for us! also breakfast had GF options! my kid has celiac so it was nice to have more options. breakfast was amazing and FREE! we felt very safe knowing you had to ha e a room card to go up elevators. nice kitchenette in every room and big windows. I woke up early and brought breakfast back to the room for my husband and child, Lina one of the hostes has seen me struggling and brought me lids, drink carriers and a bag! service was immaculate! worth every penny

The person who checked is in was kind, very professional, and helpful. We asked him all sorts of questions and answered with a smile. All the staff we encountered at the hotel were phenomenal in making you feel welcomed.

The Element is an amazing place for a staycation or anyone coming to visit downtown San Antonio! Great service, valet parking, and within walking distance of anything you'd want to explore (e.g., 10 minute walk from the Alamo). There was no breakfast meats served in their buffet breakfast each morning; not sure if thats normal business but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Still good food and service. And their is a rooftop bar with amazing drinks and a view of the city! Will definitely stay there again

This place was perfect. Elegant yet simple. Nice continental breakfast, friendly staff and great valet staff!

Our 3 night stay at Element San Antonio was nice. It is not an ideal set up for parking in front to unload and check in so we parked in the parking garage next door and carried our stuff over. We saw many other guests doing the same thing. Our room was nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a room on the corner of the 12th floor and it had lots of windows which was really nice. The shades were blackout shades so it made the room really dark at night and when we woke up in the morning we didn’t even know the sun had come up already. That allowed for great sleep! We did not take advantage of the breakfast provided so I can’t comment on that. We did walk through to check it out and saw that they offer a hot breakfast item made to order along with all of the common offerings. The location was a bit off of the Riverwalk, but it only took a few minutes to get to it when walking. There are restaurants and shops all around the hotel. We walked a lot and didn’t have any trouble getting where we needed to be. The walls seemed thin because we could clearly hear the people in the room next to us pulling up and lowering their window shades as if they were in our room and we often heard people in the hallway. Also the hotel does not provide an ice bucket, but there was an ice machine on our floor. There was a kitchenette in our room which was nice if you stay long enough to need it. Overall it was a nice experience and we would stay here again.

The best part about staying in a hotel is the customer service that you receive. The employees at the Element was so nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. The lounge was wonderful everything was really great and I have plans to go back in April to stay at the Element.
