Pros: Fairly new hotel. Cons: Front desk clerk upon check in was not friendly or she was having a bad day. I was given a room on the first floor. She seemed to get annoyed when I asked her for a room on the top floor. She had one but after her responses to me and facial expressions I told her to disregard my request. This hotel was new but I saw a lot of issues. The walls and floor were paper thin. The guests above us must of had horses in their room because we could hear every STEP and the room vibrated with every step. The bath tub was damaged with holes so the drainage wasn’t good. There was an odor in the bathroom with a smell of a wet moldy towel. The hallway was never cleaned during our 3 night stay. When we check in there was debris and M & M’s strewn in the hallway and still there when we checked out. Breakfast was fair but the kitchen staff did not manage keeping the eating area clean while guest were eating. We had to clean our table before sitting down. The window shades weren’t wide enough to meet the sides of the windows so LOTS of sun shined through at sun up ( no sleeping in at this hotel. The Hilton brand is my choice……… but, since the hotel was new (according to the website) I wanted to give it a try. NEVER AGAIN. Back to Hilton I go. The customer service needs to be improved at this property.
