Lack of cleanliness, shower didn’t drain well, stops in over ankle deep water for shower, floors stained and shower head height was under 5’8”. Would not return

Our stay was not good. It all began with our arrival. It seems ridiculous that check in is 4:00, that’s half of the day done! For that time, the price should be less. The pull out bed also had no bedding and the mattress was stained. The front desk people were anything but helpful. Both times, check in and check out, we were met with faces that seemed to say we were a bother.
Never again will I stay at Choice hotels, it’s our first time and it was horrible.

It was in a quite location. The bed was super comfortable. It is pet friendly. Good breakfast.

This is an ok hotel, but I expected it to be nicer for a Comfort Inn. Our room had a horrible smell, the hotel was dirty, and the gym was out of order, and the breakfast was small.

Our stay was excellent. Clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. My special request was honored. Only setback was there was no laundry service. No washer. I had just taken my laundry in hoping to wash it at my stay. Unfortunately, it was out of service and no shuttle service, which i was told they had shuttle service when i called prior to my reservations.

Comfort suites is an affordable stay (as we don’t expect much) but always love how clean and comfortable the beds are.
There was a line, 8 guests, and 3 guests that were already checked in that needed
(1) Their AC looked at and the ONLY attendance left us, the 8 guests at the Checkin to look at her AC (she’s not maintenance so we talked amongst ourselves wondering what that would do)
(2) A guest key was no longer working
(3) A guests fridge didn’t work
By the time I checked in, about 25 mins later I informed the young female attendant that she was doing a good job.
The rooms and hotel needs some updating, paint, carpet, etc, but REMEMBER how much you’re saving before you complain, right?!!
Very comfortable beds for me and my son. Served our purpose with a 2-night visit.

Second week in a row to stay at a Comfort Inn. Last week in Fort Worth West. Both had internet problems.
This one even had a printed in room card with phone number of provider to call rather than local staff dealing with problem or providing reliable internet service.
It will be the last time I stay with them.

I think a few repairs need to take in place ,it need to be updated to the times
Like lamps with USB port , faucet in sink was loose , fan in bathroom not steong enough and ac units was releasing the water into the carpet that can cuase mildew
But great service room clean and great location for restaurants and shops i will be returning

It took several minutes to get someone to the front desk to check in. Everything else was fine. Breakfast had a good choice of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffns, bagels, yogurt, etc...
