Great hotel for the price. Everything we needed and in a great location that was close to many restaurants. The breakfast wasn’t that bad either. The only thing I didn’t care much for was the bed and pillows. The bed was pretty firm and the pillows were extremely soft. Other than that it was a great experience and would most definitely stay there again.

Room felt a little small but was fine. Staff was friendly and breakfast was kind of just okay. We liked how close the hotel was located to shopping and dining areas.

Great for families and fur babies. Very friendly staff, nice courtyard, big outdoor firepit, nice pool, fun lawn games, and generous breakfast buffet. It is right on the Leon Creek Greenway with miles and miles of walkable and bike able trails.

During a difficult time following a family bereavement, we found solace in a hotel that offered not just comfort, but genuine care and support. The staff's empathy and attentiveness were remarkable, making us feel truly looked after. Our room was perfectly sized for three, blending comfort with a cozy atmosphere. My son had a wonderful time despite the circumstances. This hotel went beyond providing a place to stay, offering moments of joy and a much-needed respite. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and kindness we experienced and look forward to returning to this exceptional place that feels like more than just a hotel—it feels like a haven.

Didn’t like I had to pay for parking. The room wasn’t vacuumed properly when we arrived or during the days we stayed. Convenient store in the lobby had limited food and beverage and the prices were too expensive. Breakfast was served until 930 and should be available a bit later than that for people on different schedules.

Very clean and neat, had no issues at all. The minute I walked in the building everything was just awesome. Highly recommend! Will keep booking here 😍

Very Clean, good sized rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast was really good. Our room had a small cook top stove and good sized fridge. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. Definitely staying here again.

Hot water could be hotter Wasnt too keen on having to pay for parking Breakfast quality was horrendous. Eggs were watery and the "frech toast" was pure trash. Dried out and didnt have any flavor..

Room was nice and cleaned. We had an issue with the shower knob but it was resolved.

Great location. Very busy so cleanliness suffered in the bathroom area. Overall good.

Property is clean and new from outside and Lobby area nicely decorated. Room was clean, bedding and towels white but didn’t smell clean (specially the pillows) had to put my jacket on top to sleep on. Room service knocked on our door at 9:30 am and woke us not too happy about the interruption of my sleep. At check in lady was not friendly or informative about breakfast or WiFi. And no coffee offered after 9 am not courtesy water bottles

Left my shirt in the room and Terrence is helping me recover it back and they are sending it with complementary shipping As I found my self in this situation I am great full for the great customer service Also breakfast was great and the hotel room. But above all I would come again because of the customer service
