很不錯的酒店，前台非常熱情，房間衞生打掃的也很乾凈，熱水很足。就是空調冷氣太足，夜裡有點冷。

Muy bueno mañana termino la estadia solo lo ascensores un poco lentos o demasiada demanda para ellos ,buen servicio entraron ala habitacion me encontre con sabanas limpia y zafacones limpio respetando las cosas personales excelente ,buena comida y musica en lobby y en hardrock cafe solo una sugerencia aparte de la picina deberia como un parquesito de entretenimiento para niños como columpios algo con que se entretenga chorreras seria perfecto .muchas gracias ,recomendado.

Hotel doesnt look bad. Parkin is good and clean. Problem is some one decided to rent out a space for a restaurant on the 6th floor with live loud musix by rooms. We rented two suites. Suites are only located on 6 th floor right next to this loud live music. Frt desk didnt help, they sd it was not under their control
Shower head was fallin off wall. Water pressure is very poor. Staff communicated next day after a claim with Marriot Bonvoy only to promise some refunds and not comin thru on what they promised. Its a shame this property with this potential is so poorly managed and directed.

Stayed at this hotel to celebrate a family member’s 90 th birthday.
Hotel has curb appeal. Lobby was very nice. The staff was very accommodating. Maintenance help was available in a timely fashion. Breakfast package was mediocre. The Nook provided Spanish food but not Caribbean flavor. Overall, I rate this a Hotel a 4. Served the purpose of our visit. Enjoyed our stay with other family members.

Not a bad hotel! I just think a string of things, didn’t go that well for us this time. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, both nights there was terrible noise both from the music in the lobby, the rooms next door to us, and from the outside. Might just have been a poor idea to book this hotel, if you expected it to be quiet, so maybe I should go elsewhere next time. But the noise was a little extreme, even for that. TV mostly didn’t work, except for a few useless TV channels, gym was closed for renovations, and some of the soaps in the room were missing. It was someone else’s name, on the “welcome” screen on the TV, and though I never said anything, I’m also pretty sure the room got downgraded, as I had booked one with balcony, and didn’t get that, but instead got a handicap room without. All in all, nothing that would kill me, but when that many things aren’t great it does start to bother you a little.

Views was perfect ! Freezing in the hotel, WiFi doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, a lot of construction noise in the am couldn’t sleep, food at the hard rock wasn’t good, not a lot of English speaking

The room was small and not laid out very well. It was very noisy due to bands and outside people coming to hotel. Parking was very limited for guests a couple nights we had a difficult time finding parking and we were paying guests.

The property is below average for a Marriott product. The hotel is very noisy as they have outside parties and entertainment all weekend long. It appears the construction omitted sound proof walls. The parking is also a huge issue as they do not prioritize guests staying versus people coming for the day. I would not stay here again.
