Corallium Beach by Lopesan Hotels - Adults Only

We have just returned from a week stay over the New Year travelled as a couple.I miss it already.The quality of all the staff was outstanding I would like to pick out some that went above and beyond but they were all good. After reading some reviews before we went I was worried about the food being much the same every night.I am pleased to say this was not the case!They must have been fussy eaters!We both really enjoyed every meal time(a little too much) The highlight was the New Year’s Eve gala!It was so good and AII the staff worked so hard! The entertainment was very good and finished at 1030(apart from NYE) for those that wanted to go to bed and was toned down a bit for those wishing to stay up! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The pool was slightly too cold for me but my husband did use it.We travel a lot and never go back to the same place but I would make an exception with this hotel without a doubt.If you are thinking of booking this hotel then just do it you won’t regret it.

Great location at the beach, a hotel that delivered well beyond our expectations. Very clean and cosy, amazing food, friendly and helpful personal - what more can you ask for? Ok, if you want live music in the evenings, you got it as well. Activities all day around and a pristine pool amongst the palms. Love it!

Fantastisch adults only hotel. Heel schoon! Ook bij zwembad. Werd regelmatig gecontroleerd. Super attent personeel en geen vraag was te veel!Mooi ligging vlakbij strand. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet en prima parkeerplaats voor (huur) auto.

I had read that the hotel was geared towards relaxation with it being an adults only establishment. Their website emphasises calmness and wellbeing and the reviews all spoke about it being quiet/boring so when I booked 10 days from my very stressful job I was hoping to recharge in a quiet environment. How wrong I was! The hotel must be trying to change its image by offering animation. This consists of noisy and loud thump thump thump music throughout the day starting at the daily aqua gym in the pools during the late morning (for 1 hour), continuing during the diverse early afternoon offer (from 3.30 to 6.00 pm) with a selection during the week of instrumental sax, a cringy fashion show, an 80s based disco show and so on. In the evening there is noisy entertainment until 11 pm. I asked reception if there was a quiet spot somewhere but was told that this is what their policy is for their customers. On the positive side the hotel is clean, with good enough free Wi-Fi, not too far from the beach, with free street parking spaces and far enough from the main roads of San Agustin town to make it secure enough from general vandalism. On the negative side check-in was awful as we waited 20 minutes (Mr Paco was more interested in securing his dinner from the buffet than manning the desk), there is no coffee machine in the room (just a small kettle with 2 sachets of coffee, 2 tea bags and 2 camomile bags), an empty minibar, the toiletries are in fixed squeezable containers (not arthritis friendly), the USB plug is on only one side of the bed, the awful practice of booking the pool sun loungers by selfish (mainly German) guests is theoretically frowned upon by the management but not enforced so unless you have experience as a Karen you will suffer in silence. Having "a word" with the hotel does not help. The restaurant is a buffet one with warm (not hot) usual standard fare. The breakfast coffee is machine instant but a Nespresso capsule will cost €2.50. All drinks at dinner have to be bought (tap water is not an option).

I booked 9 nights in April on a side sea-view half board basis. This was my third visit and I was not disappointed. Check in was swift and I was given a room on a high floor as requested. Everything is so relaxed at this hotel, I just chill out the moment I get to my room. The staff are efficient and friendly. The restaurant is well run and there is a great choice of food and something to suit everyone. I love San Augustin, have been going there for years and discovered CB after the Tamarindos next door closed for refurbishment, this hotel now being way outside my budget. I will be returning in the Autumn and if tourist entry taxes apply by this time, I will be more than happy to pay. Canary Island inhabitants are right to want to protect their lovely islands.

We stayed for a week bed & breakfast at this lovely hotel, quiet area but lovely if you want to relax, great staff, helpful & very friendly. Hotel, rooms, pool area & restaurants really clean, also had a massage & body exfoliation at the spa which was amazing & the pedicure I had at the salon was the best one I have ever had, the manager was really knowledgeable & gave lots of advice on how to keep my feet in tiptop condition, wish I would’ve gone sooner in the holiday cause I would’ve gone back for a manicure, would highly recommend

Food stations not regularly cleaned ice cream scoops have no where to cleanse them. Coffee cups left out with stains and birds sat on tables during breakfast. Rooms are not cleaned properly statins everywhere. No fresh towels they just reuse them. All inclusive drinks especially cocktails not worth it, most of the time you are drinking water or ice. Don’t check out without the room pool towels will happily try and charge you for a towel for 2 hours - customer service doesn’t exist at this hotel. Rude staff, most don’t acknowledge you.

The all inclusive package proffered by this hotel chain is excellent with a good and varied offering of food and drinks throughout the day. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and the accommodation is of good quality for the price. Pools and outside areas are kept clean and tidy and all the staff are unfailingly helpful and good humoured. This was my third visit (twice before to one of their hotels in Fuertaventura) and I will definitely be returning.

Great value and wonderful location. Extremely clean resort which was excellent. Wished there were more a La carte restaurant options but the buffet was really good with all the different selections. I had a different meal every night. Liked the ambiance of the resort and all of the different nationalities. Small room but adequate and didn’t spend much time there anyway. I’d like to return in the future.
