"If you want to have a good time in Samos just don't stay here. The hotel is under demolition. Nothing works right. No air conditioning, no TV, no kitchen that they advertise that their rooms have or anything. Everything is broken. They only have hot water from 15:00 to 22:00. The owners are NOT ACCEPTABLE. They charge 1 euro for the small bottle of bottled water and of course they don't cut any receipt. As for the pool what can I say??? Dirty, without chlorine and without recycling the water. If you can't find somewhere else to stay in Samos, better change the island. It's better than staying here."

"A very beautiful, nice hotel. The staff was very polite in all posts. Very clean in the rooms and in its kitchen. The breakfast - lunch - dinner rich in everything. The pool area was amazing and the sun loungers by the pool give you the feeling that you are in another exotic place. "Clean tidy friendly bar staff and desk staff . Breakfast wasn’t great ran out of food not replaced bread stale old toaster didn’t work well .Shower broken in room . Locals were coming in off the street to chat and use pool Felt a little unwelcome overall ."

"Small but perfectly formed. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, with daily cleaning and regular linen changes. The whole hotel and grounds were beautifully kept and immaculate everywhere you looked. Breakfast was another highlight, always fresh, tasty Greek food every morning, with lots of choice and plenty to enjoy. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but a special thank you to Vicki, Joanna, and Alex, who were always smiling and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was wonderful every day. Thank you. Room was cleaning every day, drinks and food at the restaurant wasso good, we spend there great time together and we'll reccommend this hotel. Hope we'll come back here soon :)"
