Worst hotel to stay. Unhygenic and pathetic staff . Will not recommend to stay in this hotel. Not good for family stay. Very tasteless food and unhealthy rooms. My stay at was a total disappointment. From the moment I arrived, everything seemed to go wrong. The staff at the front desk were uninterested and took forever to check me in. They didn’t even smile or try to make me feel welcome. The room was terrible. The bed was hard and the sheets were dirty. The pillows smelled bad, like they hadn’t been washed in ages. The walls had stains, and the paint was peeling off. There was a weird smell in the room that I couldn’t get rid of, no matter how much I tried. The bathroom was the worst part. The tiles were dirty, and there was mold in the shower. The water pressure was so low that it was hard to take a proper shower. The towels were old and rough, not soft at all. The hotel’s facilities were also bad. The gym had only a few broken machines, and the pool was dirty and uninviting. The free breakfast was just horrible Overall, Hotel Serenity was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete waste of money and time.

A beautiful heritage property stay with authentic of rajasthan mix culture, our stay in this property is more than what we expect. View from the room is beautiful. Food taste is good, owner is very polite and helpful, i staid with my family, and i love to stay again 5* from my side.

5. I had memorable stay in rangrez villa, inf-act my relatives also took it from 23rd to 25th raj haveli was fantastic very helpful person i got there chandresh ji penthouse was amazing
