It was a very nice experience at the stay. Staffs are very cooperative. It had its own restaurant and the food was very tasty. Rooms were clean. Overall a very good experience.

Welcoming, smiling reception. Very friendly behavior of hotel staff. Good room service and housekeeping. Nice washroom with hot water.

The ambience was very good. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to the hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Found in mmt near to station and easy for traveling. But there are some insects in the room the hotel staff should go for anti insect repellent.

This property located at the main city of sambalpur. Location wise it's very good. Manager is also well behaved. Rooms are near and clean and very well decorated. Ac and central guise r is also available. Washroom also very clean. I am very satisfied with the stay. It's a corporate hotel. On thing i felt the amount they are taking in comparison to that rooms are little small and no balcony in it.

Food was good, staff were courteous. However not clean. Cockroaches around, bathroom not clean lot of outside noise

No doubt one old renowned hotel yet,Honestly If I review few things those disappointed me during last stay are ° Drinking water served after 20-25 minutes of request. ° South Indian tiffin was not available..Only Puri/ Paratha that too much oily. ° TV remote did not work despite of several requests... They place an excuse that all rooms are filled hence no place for replacement, be it a room or a Remote
