The best service ever !! Resort is all about quality and service !! Above and beyond !! Lush and green amazing resort , super clean and great quality, food is just wow , drinks are amazing !! Beach is so beautiful and quiet, highly recommended, AAA ++++

This place is AWESOME. We stayed in one of the beach front villas (5101) which was super close to everything including a few steps to the beach. All of the restaurants were amazing, especially Manaya and Senda… you cannot miss these!! Besides its natural beauty, the super friendly and accommodating staff is what makes this place so special. Big thanks to our Ambassadors, Adrian and Angel…and restaurant managers Geurys (Jay) and Victor who exceeded our expectations by making our anniversary day extra special, and Betty our waitress at Carey was also amazing. Quite honestly, the service level at this place is out of this world….what ever you need…they’ll make it happen. Lastly, the long drive from Santo Domingo Airport to this slice of heaven is well worth it. We will definitely return.

Cayo Levantado Resort is a hidden gem offering top notch hospitality. Me and my husband had a lovely week on this private island. There are lots of activities to do from nearby outside hotel tours to inside hotel water sports, healing activities like breathing meditation work, yoga, sound healing, beautiful well equipped gym: David was amazing he’s there to guide you on personal training sessions. The hotel itself it’s stunning, think Spanish colonial costal with a souther modern twist. This place is timeless, it’s hard to pick what’s my favorite thing, but I have to say it was the bed, even with beautiful stunning views and restaurants we ordered a few times room service because the rooms are very spacious and the bed was my favorite bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s hard to remember names but everyone was super extra lovely. Our favorite experience was going on a tour around the island and checking out some corals with two amazing guys from the water sports area, they were amazing and went above and beyond. The overall staff was amazing, this place will get things done your way and if you need anything right away get it for you. We are less high maintenance people, but if you are this place is the place for you.

This was by far one of my best beach vacations EVER! I went with my children (10 and 12 yo) and we had an amazing time. The service was impeccable, the food wonderful, and the staff was warm, friendly, and kind. Our ambassador Adrian went above and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed Yubarta yoga and sound bath offerings. Our villa was beautiful, surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sound of birds all around us was truly a moving experience. I recommend this resort to anyone who wants a relaxing, beautiful, restful vacation. Simply the BEST.

Fantastic trip! When I booked it looked a little pricey to me, but immediately after I got there I could tell this resort is great value. The closest thing I had experienced before was the Four Seasons in Baia Papagayo, but the experience at Cayo Levantado was better and the price was less than half. Great facilities, great staff, tons of activities (there is no reason to leave the resort), great food, all in a truly paradisiac location.

We had an amazing week at Cayo Levantado. From the time we arrived until the time we left, everything was exceptional. I cannot say enough positive things about our vacation ... genuinely one of our best vacations ever! Location was beyond beautiful, food at all restaurants was fabulous, service everywhere was exceptional, all the little touches were noticed and appreciated (fruit kabobs on the beach in the morning, gifts at turn down (carved figurines, DR coffee etc.). , gym and spa were great and the list goes on. Gorgeous beach an pools. Highly, highly recommend. Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing new resort - Loved this place. Food was great, beach, pool, fitness club and all amenities were brilliant. Rooms were spacious, clean and new and all the restaurants had great food and service. The resorts seems brand new and wasnt crowded although there seemed to be a lot of people there. Great variety of quality food options and drinks Can't wait to go back.

Our stay at Cayo Levantado was from 10/11-10/20. Ten days was just not enough. The pictures you see of this resort do not employ the justice it deserves. We have stayed at many high end resorts and this rivals most. We were treated like royalty. We had an amazing time and I must say mostly because of the staff. The staff has such an eye for detail and explodes while anticipating your needs that it is overwhelming at times. We can’t possibly mention everyone so here are a few that stood out but be mindful that the entire staff is wonderful. Lidia- server in (best smile) Herve/ GM ( the best!!) Jeffery (Manyana/Senda) Yulissa Carlos and Ricky (beach bar) Housekeeping- am beach bungalow Miguelina (server @ Carey) Juana in the bar- lemon saw Judith Ambassadors- Geuris-rest supervisor Luis Alberto- rest supervisor Yorkis- ambassador Emmanuela David and Jeffery- gym The grounds of the resort are impeccably manicured but leave it in a natural state that is to enjoy. The food is exceptional. We did experience a language barrier but it did not dull our food or quality of service. My husband enjoyed personal training at the gym on a daily basis with David and Jeffery. I turned towards the spa which I can assure you is state of the art with the most relaxing environment. We experienced biking on the water, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the clearest water I have ever seen. The pools are beautiful and complement the beach. Housekeeping is probably the best I have had anywhere! Our room was a beach bungalow with a plunge pool overlooking the water. Decor was perfect as if you were under the sea. Lobby bar fantastic. Room service on point. If you can imagine a perfect island vacation this is it!! Coffee shop rivals most. All of our needs were met. We felt like we were at home and to me that is the most important feeling one can have. Cayo Levantado was like home in a paradise! Think of Fantasy Island back in the day and you have it!! Worth every penny! From start to finish Cayo did not miss a beat!

This is an absolute Gem of a place! Absolutely gorgeous! Very exclusive. Great service and delicious food. Make sure you visit the hotel Lobby Bar for fabulously crafted cocktails by master mixologist Yorgelis; one of the best we have ever encountered! Emma and Mariela were great ambassadors. Very friendly and capable; Made our stay easy and memorable. Leopoldo, Euris and the rest of the staff were very friendly and resourceful. They went above and beyond to please us. Cannot recommend Cayo Levantado Resort enough!
