The hotel is dirty and very old and needs improvement; The staff are very rude, and they have zero per cent customer service skills. The toilet was broken and full of mess number 2 I felt so disgusting seeing that, dirty bed sheets and towels all covered with stains and marks my bed was covered with insects the receptionist is rude he kept me sitting outside for hours because he said that rooms are not his job I have to wait till the next morning for room service, not even a single apologies from staff or the management team and am not allowed to complain, avoid going to that hotel is a waste of money.

L’hôtel Acceuil une colonie de vacances donc c’est loin d’être calme la journée, les discothèques font du bruits jusqu’à 5h du matin, le petit déjeuner est sensé être servi à partir de 7h mais à 7h20 toujours rien donc départ en excursion sans déjeuner. Personnels dédaigneux sauf deux serveurs le soir au restaurant plutôt agréable. Chambre plutôt sympa , la nourriture est vraiment très moyenne. Hôtel à éviter

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec un accès direct à la plage. Les jardins sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Nous avons adoré l’ambiance calme et reposante. Un grand merci au personnel souriant et très professionnel. Parfait pour se ressourcer !

Affreux ! Très mal accueilli ! Très mal considéré comme des mal propres! Personnel hyper désagréable ! On s'est fait volé tout notre argent dans notre chambre ! Tout le monde s'en fou ! Personne ne s'excuse au nom de l'hôtel ! A fuir absolument ! Ce n'est pas normal que cet hôtel soit dans les circuits

Hôtel à fuir!!! Chambre insalubres, sales, personnel pas aimables, qui vous parle avec condescendance, pas de communication, nous avons eu des soucis avec les chambres, pas de TV, ni Clim, ni wifi qui fonctionnait !! La restauration, pas de diversification , nourriture médiocre, et on vous réclame une 2eme fois de régler les boissons alors qu’elle sont déjà réglées, nous avons eu quand même gain de cause, mais nous avons bataillé !!

Hôtel dangereux, personnel pas aimable, toit qui fuit avec l'eau qui coule sur l'électricité, échange de note entre différentes chambres à la fin du séjour et aucune solution possible. Piscine dégoutante. Ne pas venir ici et encore moins en partenariat avec Karavel/Fram/Promovanaces attention danger.

L'accueil et déplorable, comme la propreté et la vétusté des installations

Pas d'éclairage dans la douche,cabinet wc mal fixé
Passage d'une nuit dans l'hôtel, niveau hygiène très limité, pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de savon , très peu de serviettes de bain, sol pas propre , ampoule de douche HS donc pas d'éclairage.TV non fonctionnelle.
Un séjour d'une nuit suffit , pas plus.
