What a beautiful hotel! The staff were a delight! The decor really captures the vibrant atmosphere of Salvador. Absolutely stunning and delicious breakfast. The hotel is located right at the city centre next to all the shops and museums, cathedrals - very convenient. I definitely cannot wait to visit again

A wonderful oasis in the fun and vibrant city of Salvador. Great location at the heart of the historic centre and with large and very comfortable rooms. We were made to feel very welcome by the warm and friendly reception staff who were very happy to help with all of our needs. Breakfast was served to order in our room by the lovely Sandra and her team. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super centrally located in old town in a beautiful historical building. All other sites are at walking distance to visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean. Nice breakfast in the room.

Pousada Solar Dos Deuses in Salvador, Bahia, is situated right in the heart of the city and its tourist sites. This makes it easy for travelers to explore on foot and find nearby restaurants. The building exudes historical charm, featuring a beautiful old staircase and high-ceilinged rooms where the warmth of wood prevails. The room we stayed in was a cozy suite, perfect for two or three people. It offers comfortable space for reading, working, and dining. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to the needs of travelers and communication is possible in multiple languages. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a wide variety that changes from one day to the next. However, the bathroom could use some improvements, as the plumbing is outdated. Lastly, there's some noise on the square until around midnight, but if you're visiting Salvador, it's likely you enjoy Brazilian music. Highly recommended!

This is a classy option: a beautiful building with very individual rooms. It has a fabulous location right in the historic centre of Pelourinho. Bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. Be prepared to hear the clock chime the hours and more discreetly every quarter hour. Also be prepared to hear the singers and street entertainers in the square below. It’s all part of the atmosphere.
