It’s a nice resort, but it needs a renovation. The installations are a bit old. Also it’s for families, with lots of kids around. If you’re looking for something relaxing, might not be the best option. There are lots of activities during the day near the pool, with very loud music.

Bem, já ficamos anteriormente nesse hotel. É um ótimo local para quem vai com crianças… têm recreação, ótimo café da manhã e limpeza e atendimento satisfatório. Porém, quando estávamos fazendo o checkin a moça da recepção informou que fizemos a reserva apenas para um casal e que as crianças não estavam incluídas… Não sei se o problema foi do hotel ou do TRIP pois, não deixa de evitar o constrangimento sendo que a reserva foi realizada com quantidade de hóspedes corretamente. O Wi-Fi deixa muiiiiiito a desejar… quase não funciona! Ah, o vaso sanitário do quarto (65) péssimo! Pra realizar as necessidades ficamos sentados e sem apoio, pois não sei que engenharia foi essa que ficamos sentados e de ponta de pé! Altíssimo e pia extremamente baixa… mas, no geral foi bom e voltaria…

Hotel com ótima localização, atendimento muito bom, segurança, limpeza.
Preços dos consumíveis dentro do hotel um pouco salgado.
Cerveja lata 13 reais, alimentação 80 reais por pessoa.

Não gostamos do atendimento logo no
a chegada, funcionários sem paciência,pediram para fazer o cadastro,
não estava conseguindo, muito sem vontade chamaram outra pessoa para ajudar
Ficamos 8 dias no total na Bahia
Primeira vez que encontramos alguém de mal humor, achei importante relatar
mesmo pq, a primeira impressão é a que fica

Excelente, passei o feriado de São João e foi incrível. Com sunset beira piscina no fim de tarde, atividades de recreação para crianças e adultos, música ao vivo, atividades junina, tudo de bom!

A praia do hotel, a estrutura de piscina e vista dos quartos são realmente muito bons.
A parte de entretenimento, horário de funcionamento do bar da piscina; deixam a desejar (encerram 18h!!!!)

Lugar maravilhoso, me decepcionei com o secador do quarto. Ele mal ligava e já desligava! E quando fui notificar a recepção, a moça que me atendeu foi rudi e não me ofereceu nenhuma solução. Enviaram um técnico que só entrou no quarto dizendo que ia ver se arrumava e não voltou mais.
Também achei estranho o fato do meu xampo estar com água.
Café da manhã ótimo, eles trabalham horário, porém quem agenda para as 6h não consegue comer tapioca pq a mulher que faz chega às 7h.
Do mais, o quarto maravilhoso, espaçoso e com uma vista maravilhosa.
