A pesar de que el lugar es modesto. El servicio es excelente. La actitud de quienes atienden es fantástica. Andrea la recepcionista es muy amable y atenta. Don Raymundo el conserje es muy optimista y tiene una actitud de servicio genial. Su personal hace de este hotel algo único. La limpieza es extraordinaria. Agua caliente. Calefacción en la habitación. Cuenta con estacionamiento subterráneo dentro del mismo hotel. No tengo ninguna queja y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

En general bien, solo que revisando en las noticias, aparece que fallecio una persona hace un par de años ahí, lo cual me causó algo de miedo, pero en todo lo demás, todo bien.

Está para caminar en el centro de saltillo. La regadera que nos tocó no tenia muy buena presión de agua, pudieran mejorar.
En general las condiciones son buenas praa el costo, si me volveria a hospedar

Complicado la habitación tenía el sesto de basura con papeles y un algo de basura en uno de las mesas sin toallas en la habitación y sin jabón

Tristemente ha sido de mis peores experiencias en hoteles económicos. Porque una cosa es un hotel económico, sencillo y limpio; que uno económico, descuidado y sucio.
Mi habitación estuvo en el segundo piso y posiblemente cerca de las tuberías de drenaje del hotel; pues me llevé la terrible experiencia de ver muchos tecuejos (cucarachas pequeñas) en el baño y en la habitación misma. El bote de basura con basura y la cama con cabello.
El joven recepcionista fue muy amable y se quedó muy apenado con la situación de las cucarachas, pero no me cambió de habitación, pues decía que tenían ocupación máxima; y lo único que pudo hacer fue pedir permiso para comprar un insecticida en una tienda. La habitación quedó muy fumigada pero ya no me sentía cómodo… fui una sola vez al baño y cuando le bajé al inodoro, salió una cucaracha grande de un resumidero… y como es un hotel antiguo con alfombra en la habitación, no podía siquiera ver si no caminaban cucarachas sobre la alfombra. Fue una experiencia bastante negativa, por fortuna solo me hospedé una noche.
Pero me he hospedado en hotelitos más baratos que no tienen ni tv ni A/C pero tienen bien limpia la habitación 😖

La atención del personal es pésima, el sistema de apertura en la puerta de la habitación no funcionó y tuvieron que ir a abrir la puerta cada que yo ingresaba. La apertura era por medio de un cuchillo con el que atravesaban la puerta. Y teníamos qie esperar hasta que ellos pudieran subir a abrir.

No se brinda lo que se ofrece en su publicidad, a la hora de llegar resultó que todo estaba en mantenimiento, no había aire acondicionado, ni alberca y el restaurante tampoco estaba disponible, en resúmen, el costo es muy elevado para lo que realmente ofrece el hotel
