Very quick access to both major freeways and Trax Public Transport is a short walk of 2 block. Traveling to ski and mountain activities is super convenient. Don't forget to check out historic Sugarhouse shopping. The house has Fiber internet and a front porch mountain view.
Laundry room is shared with a downstairs apartment.

Wonderful stay! Quiet and cozy place to unwind after a busy day. When i had a question, the host responded immediately. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Peter.

Peter is a great host
We were there for 6 nights for a tournament for my kids to compete. The property location is best, close to the downtown and several eateries which are open 24x7. Peter was kind enough to provide additional amenities we requested and entertain a last minute request to extend our stay by a day.

Great price, central location, 2 bedrooms
My 18 y/o son and I stayed at the house over a college break. The space is small and sparse, but perfectly comfortable and it has all the items you would need for cooking a meal. The beds and bathroom were tidy and the heat worked well. There is a W/D that is shared with a tenant downstairs. 2 bedrooms was great and there are locks on each bedroom door, if you need. We had a great time.
