Отель как в кино, историческое здание, красивый дизайн, вот всем есть ощущение высокого класса. Номер был небольшой, но комфортабельный. Удобная ванная комната. Есть парковка, легко добраться. Хороший завтрак. Спа с хорошим наполнением бассейн, джакузи, разные души, хамам, сауна. . Бассейн на улице совсем небольшой.

Tutto perfetto. Se proprio bisogna fare un appunto, consiglierei di mettere a punto il miscelatore doccia, che in almeno due camere era poco funzionante. Per il resto nulla da dire.
Spa bellissima e completa.

Pet frendly, una perla inserita in un contesto modesto. Sicuramente merita l'appellativo di grandhotel, confrontandolo con altre strutture ,in altre parti d'italia ,con lo stesso nome. Stile, personale, aree comuni sono adeguate. Peccato nn ci sia una piscina esterna, anche se compensata in parte dal solarium con mega jacuzzi, molto vivibile. Colazione 7, cena in hotel consigliata !

Super excellent property Grand Hotel Salsomaggiore We enjoyed our stay over there for three night Breakfast was very good. One serious issue is no taxi is avaialble in this small vilage of Salsomaggiore be veary careful and plan your return keeping this in mind. No nearby grocery store is avaialbe in this area. Super excellent amibiance outside having a nearby park, lot of birds singing one can hear, cool down and come back. We enjoyed our stay here...............

The facilities are wonderful. Most staff are very good. The spa is excellent. I would gladly return in the future- it would be lovely in better/ warmer weather!

Great structure and comfortable rooms.
I was very disappointed because I booked 3 rooms, I had to cancel one and they did not let me cancel I had to pay anyway …
Too much cleaning and change of towels,,no attention to sustainability!
The spa is wonderful but open only during working hours so I couldn’t profit of it …
You have to make cancellation free, pay more attention to environment and open much earlier et clods much later your spa !

This hotel was a hiden gem. Beautiful small town, seems to have lots of history. In addition our stay had excellent breakfast and access to a wonderful spa. We found a great restaurant near by with an amazing dinner menu. Our room was great.

Excellent hotel! Salsomaggiore Terme is a quite town near Parma. The 5 star hotel is really excellent in all aspects - large rooms, high-class accessories, excellent breakfast - and an excellent restaurant!

Dust under the bed and hair in the bathroom, clearly not cleaned often even though they claim to clean & treat with ozone before every visit. Black mold in the shower and leaking everywhere, broken faucets, dirty bathrobe among other things. We complained and had to argue(!) to get a new room but was met with the same issues in the new room.
We were served crisps in a plastic takeaway lid and beer in plastic glasses. They also tried to serve beer with 75% foam... Furthermore we found moldy lumps in the oatmilk. The breakfast overall was that of a three star hotel, tops.
The spa is okay, even though some of the facilities clearly needed touch ups and repair. The floor is extremely slippery and the slippers were too small and of low quality.
Since we changed rooms and complained without success it seems like the 1 star reviews here and from Google are true. It is a mystery why it is so highly rated...
The hotels answers to reviews also seem very aggressive and doesn't seem to listen clients. We wish we read more reviews and the owner's answers more thoroughly before booking.
We won't come back, ever.
