When arriving at the hotel we had to pay taxes and 100 euro deposit. Check in was smooth and pleasant enough. When we went to our room there was a strong smell of sewage and was very very dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. The room is outdated however, we're not fussy about that just as long as it is clean! The beds are very uncomfortable but it made do as we were only in the room in the evening. The room had a power shower which was great with plenty of hot water. If your looking for early nights do not book here as there are people up early hours of the morning and can be noisy. The rest of the hotel is clean and tidy. The entertainment programme is really good the entertainers work hard all day and night. With game shows, bingo, kids entertainment and live acts. The kids enjoyed Millie, Max and Zoe. The waitresses and waiters work very hard to keep it going and the food is decent enough, different dishes each day, breakfast is the same. A big thank you to Roberta who was very welcoming and helpful. The all inclusive drinks are watered down and you can only get 2 drinks at a time. All inclusive finishes at 11pm and afterwards you are charged, so get to the bar well in advance! The pools are good and had a pool party with inflatables. Was a good a**osphere. There are enough sun lounges so you don't need to be rushing out with your towels. *cleaners do not empty your bins so you need to do this. There are waste bins outside your hotel you have to use to dispose your rubbish.

Arrived early hours of the morning and check in went smoothly. Rooms were not luxury, but clean, Fridge, kettle and hob in the room. Maids cleaned and changed towels twice in 4 day stay. Food was ok, there was no queues in the restaurant despite it being busy, plenty on offer, no alcoholic drinks with your evening meal but you can take from the bar if you wish. Snack bar food was what I’d expect, but cooked to order rather than being sat all day… which was better although it took a little longer. Lots of entertainment round the pool, quiz, bingo, archery, darts, inflatable pool party to name a few, the evening entertainment was great and the staff worked hard, getting people up and joining in.

Hi I'm here now food average room is OK had to pay 100 deposit and about 15 for tax good basic hotel basic only real problem shuttle bus drops right down the Rd around the corner hotel up hill Mt's travel there the problem not the hotel and all the good stuff is 1 and half mile down the Rd like the good bars and house of illustration and the beaches are good not much better than pontins kids can't have inflatables in big pool either all football games are on so its OK for cheap holiday in Spain I would come back its a OK hotel lots of food and drink

Studio was adequate for a family of 4, spotless clean, but was directly above the bar entertainment area so we could hear everything and couldn't sleep till it was over.... People around the pool drinking all day and night, smoking joints/vaping and paying no attention to their children. Staff in reception were nice, but couldn't move us as the hotel and apar**ents were full. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.

This is the fourth time I have been to this hotel. It's an Average hotel. If you want fancy then don't come here, but if you want to get a good deal for your money, then here is the place. Food is ok. Always found something to eat but was always cold, there was a microwave though to fix this. I had my disabled mum with me. It doesn't have disabled access rooms but does have ramps and a disabled toilet. However you need someone fit with you as the ramps are very steep and you need a good run up. Entertainment good for kids . Adult entertainment ok does get a little repetitive though. On the whole for what we paid was well worth the money and we had a great time as normal

I would not recommend this place . Left waiting hours before check in, when we eventually got in smell of smoke in the room. Place was filthy ants on kitchen floor ,and the beds are walking. Eat alive with bugs. I bedroom couldn’t even close the door. Swimming pool was green when getting cleaned unable to use for 2 days of holiday. Horrible place

Is there a deposit to pay on arrival and can I pay it on a debit card and how do I get it back please any information will be great I don't really want to pay using cash do they pay it back onto my card as I check out and is there a room tax I heard that's starting

We've been to this apart/hotel 8 times altogether now. My opinion on this place is, it's basic, clean and good value for money. Rooms here have air conditioning, TV, fridge and cutlery. We use this place as a base as we're either going out or by the beach. Entertainment by RJP is amazing and should take some praise in keeping my family entertained throughout the day into the evening. All inclusive is value for money. Big shout out to Oscar behind the bar, top guy with amazing personality. If you have extremely high expectations for your money like expectations level then this isn't your place. It is what it is, a holiday is as you make it.

Stayed here in August 2023, two adults and 2 teenagers. We are a active family so don't tend to stay in one place, so out and about most of the day. We arrived very late at night, no one on reception but then someone appeared, they were very helpful but spoke little English so a bit hard to understand what they wanted from us but soon got sorted and in our apar**ent, the apar**ent consisted of one sofa bed, unfortunately not made up, so had to make it up at 2 in the morning, two single beds for the children, there was a wooden wall between the sofa bed and twin beds which you could open and close. A little kitchenette, bathroom was ok, could do with some TLC but it was clean, the apar**ent was cleaned twice while we were there, anything else we just asked reception for with no hassle. We were all inclusive, kids always found something to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner, only down side was we were never offered a glass of wine or beer with our evening meal, you could take one in from the bar though. Breakfast was always the same but what else can you offer for breakfast, there was cereal, hot food, toast and tea, coffee and juice available all the time, fruit was a bit boring i was hoping for a bit more variety but it was just apples, bananas and oranges, we did have watermelon for one day. Lunch was good, salad bar, cold meat and fish and also hot food. We didn't eat lunch as much as we were out and about. Dinner was good, every night was different for mains, roast, fish, spag bol, salad was a little bit of a let down as they tended to mix in stuff left from lunch which then you couldn't have a plain salad with something of your choice. Desserts were the same every evening with a rice or mousse on special occasions. Down side they wouldn't let you take out anything, not even a banana or an apple. The bar was open all day, there was a snack bar between meals ( i can't remember the times) if you were all inclusive you got about 5 items off the menu half price but that was very cheap 2 euros for a burger and fries. Drinks served all day but had to purchase cans and bottles, ice creams were not free. Pool was ok, i didn't look to close, but it looked clean and tidy and there was nothing floating about in it, we went in at the end of the day so not many in there. Day time entertainment- We didn't see any when we went back for lunch on a couple of occasions. Evening entertainment - First night was a greatest showman which was really good, another night was Taylor Swift(obviously not her) another night Elton John, we were so keen that on that one. When it finished at midnight you could go onto somewhere else but we never did. Pool tables, a small arcade and some little ride on machines. They showed football throughout the day too. Area - Ideal for shopping, there are hundreds of shops with everything you need. Supermarkets, sweet shops and so much more, you will keep finding more and more every night. A lovely walk to many beaches
