Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Thanks for amazing service 4R Playa Park Hotel.

Excelente relación entre calidad y precio, instalaciones en buen estado, muy buen y abundante desayuno aunque con las mismas opciones diarias. Menú y snacks a precios muy accesibles y de buena calidad. Muy cercano a Playa Larga, pero un tanto alejado (20 minutos) a pie de la playa principal.

Lovely clean hotel, Great seaview room. Staff friendly and efficient, drinks cheap. Did not stay in for entertainment Food good if a little repetitive. On some occasions could have been hotter. There are microwaves in the restaurant if you want it piping hot. We didn't like the fact that the hotel hosted school groups while we were there over the weekend for a football tournament. The kids were VERY noisy in the restaurant and pool areas. We realise that the hotel's aims are to make money, but accepting these kind of bookings could deter couples and families from staying and returning in the future. After all, we are the ones who spend most money at the bars so the hotel should bear this in mind. Room walls are quite thin and you can hear conversations if people speak too loudly. This was only a problem for short times during the day or I would have been knocking on the door! Thankfully the evenings were quiet and we slept well. We would return but avoid the school groups.

Only one good point the hotel is clean although we stayed for 10 days no linen changed but we did get clean towels every day the worst part was the food it was cold and of very poor quality an example chips at breakfast left over from the night before I assumed.Be aware if you book your holiday in June the hotel turned into a school holiday camp without Exaggerating coach fulls arriving daily very noisy and took over the dining room pushing people out the way not pleasant the older kids were very noisy at night and early morning departures were not a great way to weak up to

An average stay at best….. would we come back to playa park or Salou again..definitely not. Good points Hotel clean Room very nice and clean, had the sea view, definitely worth paying the extra for sea view. Close to the beach Plenty of sun beds, whatever time of day. Bad points Food was very hit and miss, often cold. Restaurant felt very manic, full and like a school canteen. Entertainment shockingly bad, possibly the worst we have seen, the animation team miming to songs while dancing is not really entertaining. Large groups of school children staying made it very noisy. The staff were very good with the exception of one young waiter called Luis who was very rude. After travelling all day we arrived at our room thirsty and tired to find no kettle/tea coffee making facilities and a fridge that was locked with a key. Another holiday maker who had arrived the day before said you have to pay 10€ deposit for a kettle and 25€ for a bag of assorted soft drinks and they will come and unlock the fridge! We checked with reception to find this was true you would also need to pay 10€ deposit for an iron. I would suggest the hotel should tell you this upon checking in or at the very least have an information sheet in the room.

4r playa park was a lovely hotel spotlessly clean, food good, we were half board and never felt the need to eat out .Staff were lovely and very helpful.There were a few young school or athletic groups over the first weekend we arrived though they were no bother .The hotel is on an incline sometimes felt like a slog in the heat after walking all day overall fine.There is a bus stop outside the hotel but doesn't appear to be in use due to roadworks .entertainment is poor apart from one night there was a good keyboard/singer on. Would i come back probably yes if the price was right not far away from shops or beach .we did our own bus trips to different resorts and towns buy a plana bus ticket very good value

Hotel clean, staff friendly. Only issue is there was no food menu for children. Spoke to jet 2 rep and was advised that children gave to eat same food as adults. Rather disappointed, eat out. Avoid half board at all costs. Entertainment OK if a little repetitive. Close to a small pretty beach

Lovely hotel, lovely restaurant staff, but the food is always cold. Everyone complained. No variety at all and hardly any choice. Very repetitive. First few days had no English speaking tv as we needed for 2 and 3 year old. Got chatting to a caterer from Scotland and warned the food should be at a certain temp. This definitely was not the case. I would never return. Reception not good at English and very miserable. Don’t waste your money on going half/full board. Recommend the hotel but not the food

Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff, good housekeeping service. Breakfast was usual help yourself and invluded. Bar and Restaurant both Very nice, pay as you go. . Very enjoyable few days and would certainly recommend and go back. Salou was early season so very quiet which suited us.

Excellent all round holiday,rooms were lovely and clean and had a magic sea view room, shower was powerful and air con was nice to have on low,rooms cleaned daily to a good standard,entertainment was very good the drinks were reasonably priced,were were half board breakfast and dinner in witch I cannot complain about at all food was very good and a wide range of things for everyone’s needs I would rate this more than a 3 star at least a 4 had a great week and would definitely return weather was amazing as well which was a plus.

What can I say brilliant hotel I spend hours searching for hotels 4star usually and this 3star beats many of them spotlessly clean throughout hallways and bedrooms all been newly refurbished bathroom and bedroom were lovely really quiet cleaned every day ! Food was fabulous ! Pool area fab all entertained really good I can not find 1 negative thing to say about this hotel ! Staff friendly and helpful brilliant experience x
