Rooms small. Food very mediocre. They say they forgot to bill us for a bottle of rose and a beer and have hounded us and our friends since then. The fault laid in them not billing the wine and beer to the rooms as requested - and without us seeing our friends' bill we did not know this. Not impressed. Would not return.

Some reviewers may find some detail to criticize this hotel and give a low score. This hotel does not deserve this. Well, it is easy: stunning location (a little remote, yes, but you know that in advance) in the middle of nature and vineyards, beautiful building and pool, excellent restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, good price/quality ratio, ample parking possibilities, etc. The only problem we had was the size of the rooms: really a little too small. If the toilet had been integrated in the bathroom, it would have been ok, but now there was not much space to store our luggage. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay with 12 people.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Logis Hôtel les Secrets Château Pey la Tour and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning views of the surrounding vineyards - a truly picturesque setting that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, particularly Nilesh. His professionalism, attentiveness, and patience made our stay truly unforgettable. Whether we needed directions to local attractions, recommendations for dining, or simply a friendly conversation, Nilesh was always there to assist with a smile. The rooms themselves were spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, offering a cozy home away from home. And the hotel's amenities, including a lovely swimming pool, only added to the already delightful experience. This is truly a gem of a hotel that is not to be missed.

Excellent service from the team looking after English wedding group, helping with everything from taxis to ironing boards. Comfortable rooms and fresh breakfasts - only request is a room for evening gatherings when it’s cold on the terrace.

Nice hotel, very clean. We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding at a nearby chateau, it was nice and clean. The pool area is nice as well. I found the breakfast overpriced, €14 for a boiled egg, bread, ham & mini pastries. You only get 1 bottle of water in your room even if there are 2 of you. We were sitting, chatting & eating McDonald’s which we had ordered from Uber eats at 10pm one night when we were told the outdoor area was closed and we were asked to move so we went to the back where our rooms were then half an hour later we were told to basically go to bed as people had paid to be at this hotel to sleep. I know that everybody on the side we sat were part of the wedding and when asking people the following day if we had made too much noise they had said they didn’t even hear us. Would recommend staying at this hotel if you have hired a car as then you can travel to nearby towns for food as there were not many options on the restaurant menu.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and have always been impressed. The staff are very professional and friendly, the accommodation is spotless and the location amongst vineyards is stunning, The food at the restaurant is excellent and the tasting menu of wine by the glass an enjoyable novelty. On our recent visit the assistance given by Morgan in helping us to arrange a courier delivery was truly exceptional. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Perdu au milieu des vignes , cet établissement est très agréable , l'accueil est parfait et les prestations de bonnes qualités . Notre chambre était moderne , bien décorée avec vue sur la piscine . Le petit déjeuné simple , mais les petites viennoiseries sont succulentes et l'espace très lumineux . Un restaurant ayant très bonne réputation se trouve dans le parc , mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le tester , étant invité pour le dîné à l'extérieur .Ce sera pour la prochaine fois

Hôtel au calme car entouré de vignes, avec un restaurant interne plus terrasse ombragée au milieu des arbres, et salle de petit déjeuner vitrée avec vue sur les vallons de vignes ou la piscine terrasse. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle avec terrasse où se trouvent 2 transats appréciables pour se poser au soleil le wk. Accueil professionnel du personnel présent.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben drie nachten doorgebracht In dit hotel. Afgaand op de website hadden wij hoge verwachtingen, echter deze zijn totaal niet waargemaakt. - De kamer is klein en gedateerd, geen zitje aanwezig en in het badkamertje is totaal geen ruimte om toiletspullen neer te zetten. Douchen in een bad achter een plastic gordijntje is geen feest. De kamer is heel erg gehorig, wij hebben veel last gehad van snurkende buren die bovendien de tv tot 02.30h aan lieten staan op een onacceptabel volume. Reclameren heeft op dat tijdstip geen zin, na 22.00 is niemand te bereiken van dit hotel, wij vragen ons in alle ernst af hoe te handelen in geval van calamiteiten!! Föhnen zonder spiegel, het kabeltje is veel te kort en er is geen d stroomaansluiting in het badkamertje. Het ontbijt is redelijk, voor €16,- pp!! Honden worden toegelaten in dit hotel. Al met al overnachten in dit hotel is ver overpriced. - Personeel is vriendelijk, dit is helaas het enige pluspunt wat wij hebben ervaren. - Het restaurant is goed ingericht, echter de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is compleet zoek, ver overpriced! - Tip voor het management, overnacht eens in je eigen hotel en ervaar het gemis aan comfort!
