An endless list of outdoor activities are within arm’s reach of this property! In the winter, you will be within 20 miles of Monarch Mountain for prime skiing and snowboarding. During the summer and winter, explore a variety of hiking, running and mountain biking trails, accessible within three blocks. Summer months offer adventurous opportunities. For a fun afternoon, grab a cold one at a local brewery and catch some live music at Riverside Park. The river walk is just one block away where you can enjoy swimming, and inner tubing. For a bigger river adventure, join an outfitter for a rafting trip through the scenic Royal Gorge or Brown’s Canyon.
