The property was new and a great location to downtown. A few drawbacks, the home is not adequately furnished for a 600 (including all fees and taxes) a night rental. The master bedroom did not have a king bed and the living room furniture was not comfortable and lacking a coffee table. In my opinion, the tv should be moved above the fireplace which would allow for a sectional and a few nice chairs. Also, the total price included on the search page did not include insurance (which was required) and the pet fee. I was surprised to see the final price as compared to what was advertised as the final price.

Perfect home away from home This was a short family getaway to Salida, one of our favorite spots. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The en suite bathroom in each bedroom gave us all the privacy we needed, while the living/kitchen area had plenty of room to gather when we weren't out on the trail, sightseeing or just enjoying quaint, historical downtown Salida. Wendy was a super host and very responsive. We'll definitely be back.

Salida Wedding stay We stayed 4 nights in Salida and couldn’t have been happier with our booking. Was a perfect location for our Sons wedding at the steam plant event center. It was a short walk to the event, town, coffee shops,stores and the park was right across the street for our 4 yr old granddaughter. Place was clean and well stocked with the basic supplies which I love(no immediate trips to store for paper towels and toilet paper.)would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful House Awesome house, exactly as described. You could not ask for a better location to enjoy the Salida downtown area. Literally steps from the Riverside Park. Everything you could hope to do is walking distance away. The house is immaculate, lots of space for family and friends. Would stay here again.

The whole Family Getaway! The property is beautiful! We had 6 adults and 2 two year olds, and had plenty of space! The location was perfect with the park and river right across the street! We could walk everywhere!
