Way too noisy. I should’ve read the reviews before booking. It's 2:30 am and now I'm wide awake. It has been like this for the past 6 days. Invest in sound proof windows. And the bathroom pipes from the floors above can be heard after every flush

I was at a business trip on Sept/2022. The service is great and people is very kind. However, there were several issues that did not make my visiting pleasant. For instance, we did not have hot water for 3 days, and although I understand this can happen, no one said anything or even apologize and I had to find out by myself. Then, I only took 1 dinner and 4 breakfast at their restaurant and it has been, respectfully, one of the WORST culinary experiences I’ve had. The waitress is very inexperienced and doesn’t know how to treat customers. And most dishes are like experiments with the worst result ever. I certainly wouldn’t recommend taking any meal at that place, I’m very sorry to be so honest about it, but there is no way of saying a good opinion about that restaurant. Moreover, maybe I’m wrong, but a lamp of the room did not worked and seemed that for a long time the room has not been checked. On the other hand, the room is beautiful and comfortable.

el aseo de los cuartos y baños es impecable!! los empleados son realmente MUY serviciales. Personas con la disposición para ayudar incluso en temas que no tienen que ver con el hospedaje. Excelente para extranjeros porque les ayudan, los guían, les recomiendan

Hotel boutique bien situado en la zona rosa de Armenia, atención excelente, el desayuno es muy bueno, es una buena elección para hospedarse y conocer el Quindio como destino turístico además el eje cafetero como Pereira y MANIZALES, muy recomendado…!!!!

Es un hotel cómodo y muy bien ubicado, sin embargo no lo recomiendo, acabo de estar hospeda por 2 noche en un viaje de trabajo, una cuenta de $621.000 y ninguna de las 2 noches me prestaron el servicio de restaurante (solicitud que hice ambas noches antes de las 8:00pm) debido a que tuvieron evento solo prestaban el servicio de restaurante para estos. Yo llegué muy cansada de trabajar ambos días y solo quería comer en mi habitación pero tuve que solucionar por otro medio mi alimentación cuando yo estaba pagando por todos los servicios.

Excelente hotel sus habitaciones, espacios al aire libre y sus decorados hacen sentir un ambiente muy acogedor, especialmente el trato y amabilidad de todos sus empleados. Alimentacion de excelente calidad y sabor, mucha variedad en las comidas y porciones muy buenas.

Es una experiencia que trasciende la buena atención, logrando alcanzar el cobijamiento emocional que se experimenta con el servicio ofrecido con devoción y cariño. Es la mezcla exquisita entre el glamour de la eleganicia más gourmet y la emoción que podría sentir un nieto sentado a la mesa con la sopita de la abuelita en frente. No tengo palabras para expresar cuánto calor humano experimenté esa semana en el Iza Victory Hotel¡¡¡¡¡¡ GRACIAS INFINITAS.

El personal del hotel muy querido. Y todas las instalaciones del hotel estaban limpias y ordenadas. La comida también estaba muy rica y el servicio de parqueadero fue clave. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca a la avenida principal.
