Most hotels tend to have akward electric sockets placed at very low levels. The only one tends to be at normal height tends to be in the bathrooms. If I have to reach that far for a complaint, then everything else was fine with me.

Staff was absolutely amazing!! I can’t talk highly enough of the 2 staff we dealt with. So kind and helpful. The lady in the morning I believe her name is Donna. She went over and above and had breakfast ready earlier than scheduled time which was so convenient with our early departure for a Volleyball tournament.
The hotel itself was REALLY clean. Very hospitable environment.
The thermostat was not working properly but once we figured it out it was fine.

No air ventilation at all. Heat is all you get, we were in the room all of an hour went from 70° to 75° No windows to open just stale hot air

Great stay. No problems. I would advise to provide instructions about using the TV. It

Couldnt find the staff in the middle of the night. Extremely noisy all hours of the night. Doors slamming, people screaming.

Clean and comfortable, but couldn't regulate the temperature of the room.

The room did not have ANY AC and there was loud music playing till 1:30am
The room was 80 degrees and it was hard to sleep in that heat

The beds are comfortable , also the pillows , room was clean, shower curtain fresh and the TV worked.. building is older ,, regular keys no card entry, , staff was very helpful

Very nice hotel tucked away in a charming town. Lots of food options. Walkable. Rooms small but clean.
