The cottage on the adjoining street to the main complex which we had booked, and to which we were eventually given access, was quite nice although there were some badly designed features such as toilet roll holders from which the toilet rolls slipped off, and badly sliding doors. There were four coat-hangers for three people for a four-night stay! Luckily we found a dozen thrown in the bin, used those and left them for the next people. The kitchen was good and there were adequate supplies of non-food materials. The aircon was switched on at 19 degrees and so the cottage was cold on arrival, and we were conscious of the environmental impact if this was done in every accommodation. The garden was nice but was very dry. We did water it as well as we could with the hose that was available. The real problem was the service . We only found out half an hour before arrival, when we phoned to ensure that the reception was open as promised till 6.00pm (it wasn't), that we had been moved to a townhouse, which we had not booked. The manager insisted that it was an upgrade, and gave us one version of why the cottage wasn't available (we received another version later). Apparently two or three other families (I can't remember exactly which number) had also been told they couldn't have the cottage for their bookings. The townhouse was claustrophobic in nature; there are no outside windows downstairs, only an interior courtyard, which another family member described as like 'being in a vault'. This is because there are 'studio' apartments in front of each townhouse, which have the outside views. I experienced a middle-of-the-night panic attack on our first night, as I am claustrophobic, and we were moved the next morning, but not without fuss, and with an unrealistic timeline to move (having to fit between prior family commitments). The townhouses would be OK if you are not claustrophobic and if you like that modern bland industrial-type architecture. But it was no good for us. Also it is weird that you're not supposed to park on the driveway. But in any case we hadn't booked a townhouse. Due to the rush to move to the cottage which we had actually booked, one of the party had left an important item under a pillow. The manager did return later that day to let us in to the townhouse to look. Luckily the townhouse had not been serviced, and it was still there. However it was odd that we had been harassed (twice, by a staff member) into vacating quickly because, supposedly, the townhouse was to be serviced, but then it wasn't! We had deliberately booked the cottage as it was suitable for our needs and for a family gathering. We would never have booked the townhouse. We had even called in during November, on a prior visit to Sale, to check the cottage, and satisfied ourselves that it was fine. Even after leaving we received automated messages from Mansi asking about bed configurations. This seems typical of the poor administration of the property. Since you

Sorry our stay was only one night. As a disabled traveller was so pleased to discover the studio was so accessible. The best l have stayed in! Although it wasn't the “ accesible room” it was much more accessible than many rooms deemed acessible. Wide doorways, roll in shower, bed at right height for transfer, light switches in bed head, a dining room chair l could transfer to etc.. We bought our own equipment so it wasn't hard for me to use all the facilities. The only suggestion, l was cold in bed and would have preferred an electric blanket rather than the extra blankets that were provided. Real milk would have been nice, with the option of s breakfast pack to buy. Thank you calling me after we booked to explain the room and ensure it would be suitable for my disability. That's s first, and it was greatly appreciated All in all a fantastic place to stay.

We were in Sale for a family wedding and had a two night stay in a 3 bedroom villa. It was perfect, an ensuite in every bedroom was just what we needed. We would highly recommend Mansi on Raymond for any stay and hopefully we have the chance to stay there again.

Beautifully & tastefully presented accomodation in Sale. Close to shops and dining & just a great place to stay. Studio room I was in was great with mini kitchenette & the most comfortable bed & pillows I have slept on!! Love staying here (2nd time) & look forward to more stays in the future!!

We had six very comfortable nights in a studio unit at Mansi over Christmas. We plan to return and stay in the same room. We loved the view of the other apartments, gardens & our car directly in front of the window. Privacy as seriously been considered hear as all windows are treated so that you can't see inside when the blinds are up. The shower is superb and the provision of laundry facilities was really appreciated. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were like two love birds in a cosy nest. Thank you everyone at Mansi.
