Holiday in Rotana was amazing. I really like this place. We had all inclusive including the Club Rotana service. The food was amazing, place was very friendly and stuff was really nice. Many thanks waiters Ashnaf and Rashmi. They make our stay really amazing

,Hi I’m Janett prefect holiday pleasant quiet place, rooms very nice, clean, maintained daily, it is definitely worth paying extra for the rotana club, the benefits are really great, the service is amazing, children are welcome, nothing is a problem for the staff, the kitchen is amazing, the beach is amazing and if you go for our massage on the beach it is so great relaxation, the club's receptionist Sammy is amazing in everything he will do for you

great place to escape winter. you can spend week in the resort or experience different trip everyday. desert, ancient cities, charming rivers, reefs full of sea life a d camels. sunset in desert , sun rice by the sea and friendly locals will make your stay jard to forget

our stay at the Rotana hotel was wonderful. Wonderful beaches, varied food and many attractions. The resort combines 3 hotels. In the all-inclusive option, you can freely use the restaurant, gym, spa, sports such as petanque, volleyball, football, tennis, darts and many others. In the evenings, hotels offer concerts, dance and acrobatic shows, magicians and Michael Jackson / Elvis shows. Very helpful and polite hotel staff. For special tasks, e.g. organizing a proposal or a gala dinner, as well as for every little matter, Sammy will be the best person, whom we warmly greet. Our housekeeper Sabbir took perfect care of our room and prepared cute towel animals, he also helped us find our misplaced room card :) Most of the waiters know basic phrases in each of the languages the guests spoke, so there are no problems with basic communication (special greetings to Anas). Along the promenade on the breakwater you can see colorful fish, dolphins, sea turtles and crabs swimming in the sea. There is also an aqua park with 6 large water slides and several smaller ones for children. There is also a large play area for children. We highly recommend spending your holidays at the Rotana hotel.

Great hotel with excellent facilities and clean rooms. Excellent surrounds and great people and guest relations/service. Would highly recommend. However, not enough sun loungers and parasols for everyone on the beach but plenty of loungers for club people? Also, fresh juices are chargeable despite on all inclusive plan? But alcoholic dinners are included even though alcoholic drinks are more expensive to make/buy compared to juices?

We visited Rotana in April/May 2024 and purchased access to Club Rotana. So far, this is the best vacation of our lives, and we travel a lot. The hotel is perfect, the food is fresh and of a high standard. The Club Rotona restaurant is the best of all, the Chef is a real talent. So everything is at a high level, from the beach service, to room cleaning, to the standard of food. And finally, the most important words go to Sammy. He should get a raise and promotion :) This man made our stay pleasant on every possible level. He knows all his guests, responds at all times, is helpful in everything. He perfectly finds the needs of his guests and suggests good ideas. He definitely doesn't care about "selling" more services, he cares about his guests' happiness and their pleasant stay. If it weren't for Sammy, we wouldn't have had the most beautiful dinner of our lives on the beach and lots of other things. this man knows what he is doing and he is excellent at it. And even though we try to travel the world and have never returned to the same hotel, we have booked another holiday in 2025 in Rotan and have already paid for it. Sammy did everything to make us feel great here and WE DO! A huge thank you also goes to the best service during our entire vacation - Bindu (Rotana Club Restaurant) and Rajan (Rotana Club Beach). They took care of us every day, advised us and remembered what we liked to drink and eat. Very nice, wonderful and very competent people.
