Hôtel Mercure Vienne Sud Chanas

Sadly I didn't think that the price was reflected the quality of the stay. Room looked tired. Mattresse probably needs a replacement. We chose the hotel as it was close to the motorway. Area didn't look safe, but the car park was lockable. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was value for money.

I decided to stop there for work. Old hotel which could need refurbishing. Watch out, it claims to have Business Center, which is incorrect. BUT... food was excellent and service, finding solutions to my needs was top of the range, which awards them a 4. Rooms are large and comfortable. A good stop on the way to wherever you go

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Delicious dinner, at room service. Safe parking at the hotel. EV charging option nearby. Dogs welcome = great !!! Nice beds and pillows. I can definitely recommend this hotel

as we where coming back from the F1 I did email twice to ask about late check in I had no response, as it turned out due to issues coming from the F1 we would not have got to the hotel till midnight so would have missed check in, I have emailed to discuss but no response but they have taken payment

I have stayed many times at this hotel during by trips to and from Spain. Its convenient location near to the Autoroute and local services makes it an easy choice. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. And the restaurant is well above in quality and choice from what you'd expect from a "stop-over" hotel.

Wir waren im Restaurant- da ich Vegetarier bin habe ich mich für eine Poke Bowl entschieden. Die gibt es ja inzwischen überall zu bestellen. Aber so eine schlecht schmeckende Bowl habe ich noch nie gegessen. Mein Mann hatte ein Art Entrecote was auch fast ungenießbar war

Dieses Hotel verdient im max. zwei (2) Sterne! Die ganze Ausstattung ist doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgelebt. Zur Hotel Bar: Diese ist aus meiner Sicht ein nicht zumutbarer Wartesaal, da der Conciege keine Zeit für wartende Gäste hat (haben will) und lieber mit dem Computer spielt. Ebenfalls das Restaurant kann mit der vielgelobten französischen Küche nicht standhalten. Das einzig Positive ist, dass das Hotel unmittelbar bei der Autobahnausfahrt ist.

L'Hotel est placé à proximité de l'autoroute, mais il est viellot et le service n'a pas été à la hauteur. La moquette de la chambre est sale. La chambre a une odeur désagréable. La facture présenté a du être corrigé car supérieure à notre réservation Le petit déjeuner était tenu à bout de bras par un emploi vacances qui malgrés ses efforts ne pouvait faire de miracles. A 19EUR par personne, le petit déjeuner n'était pas satisfaisant.
