Very comfortable top floor apartment with amazing view of the beach. Less than 100m to the sea. Francesco, the owner, is very friendly and happy to arrange excursions, bird watching tours etc. He was also full of useful advice on the best restaurants, opening times etc. I injured my shoulder while on holiday and Francesco arranged a doctors visit and drove me to the physiotherapist himself. The staff were equally friendly and helpful (and concerned for my health) I cannot recommend Ca Nicola highly enough, and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Ca' Nicola for a week and had a lovely time. Large, clean rooms. Everything was in working order and if we needed anything our host, Francesco, was at hand to help us out. It is situated close to the beach as well as the center of the town. Many excellent restaurants close by and also food stores.

Posto meraviglioso sia per la posizione (davanti al mare) pulizia degli appartamenti e organizzazione del complesso residenziale. Francesco poi, con la sua cordialità e professionalità, ha reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. Sitzen gerade am Flughafen von Bao Vista und warten auf den Weiterflug. Hinter uns liegt eine phantastische Woche im Aparthotel Ca Nicola. Selten sind wir so herzlich und perfekt betreut worden . Francesco und sein Team haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Angefangen vom umfangreichen Frühstück bis hin zur Hilfe bei allen kleinen Problemen, die man so haben kann. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und nahe bei den abwechslungsreichen Restaurants. Das Appartement war groß und wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt. Wir kommen wieder.

Für 1 Woche waren wir auf Boa Vista im Ca Nicola in einem 3er-Appartement zur Meerseite hin. Es war sehr sauber, alle Angestellten und der Chef waren sehr nett und der Manager Francesco sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, das Frühstück war super und wenn wir wieder kommen sollten, dann ist das Ca Nicola unsere erste Wahl.

Apartamentos muy cómodos y amplios , magnifícamente situados, cerca del centro de Sal reí y a pie de playa , teníamos desayuno incluido , que se hace muy cómodo y estaba bastante correcto , personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar a una cómoda estancia y ayudando en todo lo necesario . Nuestro apartamento estaba en la primera planta , disponía de terraza , salón comedor con todos los utensilios para poder cocinar , habitación y baño . No tenía aire acondicionado . Muy limpios , aunque mesetaria un poco más de mantenimiento , el ventilador de la habitación hacia un ruido bastante molesto , la caja fuerte no funcionaba y la manilla de la ducha se salía , pequeños inconvenientes simplemente
