We stayed with four children and two adults for one night. Alice at the reception is super friendly and welcoming. The auberge is very clean and located very nicely next to the monasterio and 5 mins walk to the city center. I can absolutely recommend it.

Chambre sobre ,correcte, manque seulement de clarté (toute petite fenêtre).Petit déjeuner copieux aux denrées variées.Accueil chaleureux et sympathique.Auberge située dans les prolongements du parc de l'abbaye aux dames : environnement frais, vert, calme.

Un accueil digne de l'hôtellerie haut de gamme, tant à l'accueil que dans l'espace restauration. Le confort va à l'essentiel, mais voilà un organisme qui sait faire la différence entre le superflu et la nécessaire. Le tout à un tarif imbattable. Merci.

Un accueil absolument adorable. Une propreté irréprochable. Un petit déjeuner délicieux et varié, il y avait même des crumbles banane chocolat faits maison. En plus l'auberge de jeunesse se situe en centre ville au pied de la passerelle.

Situation idéale pour visiter la ville et sa région. Equipe au top, extrêmement accueillante, arrangeante et soucieuse que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Tout le monde à adoré se retrouver dans ce lieu. Un grand merci ! Une adresse à recommander !

Rien de superflu dans la chambre; le strict nécessaire avec salle d'eau et toilettes. Juste ce que nous recherchions pour faire la pause d'une nuit au cours de notre parcours sur la flow vélo. Et un endroit sécurisé pour mettre à l'abri nos vélos.

J'avais séjourné dans cette auberge dans les années 90 et j'ai pu comparer. C'était déjà très bien et c'est devenu une auberge moderne, colorée, et pratique. J'ai séjourné dans une chambre privative avec WC/ douche attenants et c'était très fonctionnel même si j'aurais apprécié un porte-serviette (il y a cependant un crochet pour suspendre ses vêtements et sa serviette) et un tapis de bain ou serpillière au sortir de la douche. Le parking privé est un bonus appréciable. Le personnel (accueil, cuisine, ménage) est très gentil. Ils fournissent des draps et le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux. Il y a la wifi gratuite, même si je ne l'ai pas testée. Il faut réserver les repas à l'avance si vous voulez y manger et il n'y a pas de cuisine commune. Les horaires de petit déjeuner ne sont pas sur leur site mais c'est 7h-9h, je pense. Il faut libérer les chambres à 10h. A part ça, allez-y sans hésitation. On s'y sent en sécurité.

Les chambres sont très propres, avec sanitaires/douches privatives. Le cadre avec l'abbaye à proximité est agréable. Le centre de Saintes est à 5/10 minutes à pieds avec une zone piétonne animée (surtout des resto). Le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable et prêt à donner des conseils sur les resto alentours.
