Watch the lodge‘s own deer browse, take a refreshing swim in the infinity pool or simply enjoy the breathtaking view. Probably the biggest asset of all is the hotel staff: Thank you to the incredibly friendly and helpful team for making our stay unforgettable. We sure hope to be back.

This is the top. Everything is haut de game. The service is perfect. All the diversions, pool table, Spa. The dinner was the best ever. For once, the client does not have to worry if the personnel can actually deliver what they are boasting about. I loved the place and will go again.

Would have preferred to have more options in the evenings other than the small restaurant. Such as snack food and a bar for chilling if we had eaten our main meal for the day already at lunch. We thought the location was lovely, the room extremely comfortable and the reception from the staff to be very good. Would recommend to any friend looking for a quiet escape for a few days.

OK i will start by saying some of the staff are good but management or owner is very rude and comes across as helping customers is too hard, it took less than one hour before i wish we had gone elsewhere. best save your money and find a place that cares, lazy, not worth the money, not brilliant all round,

We enjoyed our stay so much for my husbands birthday gift! Excellent decoration and ambiance, lovely walks in the grounds and amazing views from the terrace. Great breakfast and meals! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

I enjoyed my short stay, arriving at 20h00 and already leaving at 11h00 the next day. The dinner and breakfast were really nice, service very friendly and room was clean and well decorated. Getting there in the dark was quite challenging, but worth the trip with the beautiful views! I would suggest arriving before dark, though :)

L’anniversaire de Jean-Claude était l’occasion rêvée pour nous de découvrir le « nouveau » Diana, après l’incendie. Et… Finalement, l’hôtel n’a pas vraiment changé. Seule la salle de restauration a été agrandie, perdant au passage l’ambiance intimiste d’autrefois. Un bassin chauffé (mais pas assez) a été rajouté sur la terrasse. Tout tourne autour des vestiges de l’incendie, et ça peut vite devenir un peu lourd… Les chaises en bois du restaurant ne sont pas confortables. Le dressage des couverts était incomplet : par 2 fois, il nous a manqué une cuillère pour manger nos pré-entrées… La cuisson de nos plats n’a pas été maîtrisée. Le midi, nos thons mi-cuits sont arrivés trop cuits. Du coup, au dîner, nous avons commandé du bœuf saignant pour qu’il arrive « à point », et nous avons eu raison de le faire… À chaque fois, les desserts ont manqué de douceur, et si cela peut plaire à certaines personnes, ce n’est pas notre cas. Nous adorons les desserts sucrés… C’était frustrant. Le SPA était pas mal mais rien d’exceptionnel… À part la création d’une suite duplex, les chambres sont restées les mêmes. Idem pour leur ameublement. Le service se veut de qualité et les efforts des équipes en ce sens doivent se poursuivre. En bref, un hôtel manquant de chaleur et qui n’a pas encore complètement retrouvé son âme. Nous avons heureusement terminé notre séjour par une note positive grâce à un excellent petit déjeuner. Voilà un des rares hôtels qui met en valeur la tradition réunionnaise du riz chauffé et de son rougail tomates ! Sans parler du café à volonté, des crêpes, des pancakes, du large choix de confitures et du pain produit sur place : Un délice ! À suivre…

Heerlijk hotel waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen. Het uitzicht van zowel je kamer als het zwembad is echt prachtig. Het personeel is echt super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze doen echt hun best voor jou als gast. De keuken is super professioneel en het eten is echt heerlijk. Echt een aanrader!

Il y a des petites imperfections mais le personnel compense au mieux par leur compétences. On a été satisfait de n’outre séjour dans l ensemble.
