Quality Inn St Robert - Ft Leonard Wood

Staff was friendly and helpful, every day our room was clean and organized by housekeeping, my trip got extended and the front desk rep was very helpful and helped me to meet my need , hotel offer military discount. One thing that I think it could be better was the breakfast menu every day was the same thing, maybe switching items for customers, it can be boring eating the same thing for 6 days straight. Overall our experience was perfect.

there was no hot water while showering. there was bed bugs and the carpet smelt really bad. there wasn’t any breakfast like it said there would be. the wifi and tv weren’t working and they said they were gonna fix it. the pool was like swamp water and really hot. would not go there again gang.

The water was always cold you could never take a shower for some reason the water just wouldn't get hot and they put me in another room and the water was cold in that room

NO HOT WATER!! Luke warm at times but just cold. Breakfast is on scale 5/10. would i stay again no.

Not up to Choice Hotel Brand standard THE PROPERTY IS NOT UP TO CHOICE HOTEL STANARDS. No hot water longer than 3 minute showers, no phone service to call front desk, no TV and front desk lies, and it is hard to get them to come out of the back. When we checked in the lady said the TV service was out but would be on shortly. All night we kept checking back with the different people at the front desk and each one acted like the TV service just went out giving me different stories. Saturday morning the TV was still out and I told the lady that I wanted to know if it was going to be on because we were scheduled for another night. I told her to let me know before check out because I could get a different hotel. She told me that it would on and if not they would discount both nights. The service never came on. When checking out I asked that same lady about the discount and she said she could not give one. She would have to call the manager.

Though the service was on par. The Hotel its self was a huge let down. TV channels didn't work, stunk, leftover towel from previous persons. Breakfast was by far the worst I have ever had. Water wouldn't get hot. Tub over flow was hanging on by a thread. Just all in all the worst part of my trip and we hated coming back to the hotel at the end of the day.
