Accueil inexistant (voir vide…), on a du découvrir par nous même la salle de sport & le spa.
On entend tous les bruits du couloir & la décoration pourrait être jolie mais clairement surchargée.
Par contre la piscine très sympathique, et la literie est confortable.

Very disappointed in our stay here. We won’t be coming back. We’ve just been here 1 night so far and unfortunately have 1 more left. Beds very uncomfortable. Bedding is even worse. Extremely poor low quality and this hard crinkled material design for hotel bedding. Very irritating on the skin. Asked to change it but I was told we couldn’t. WiFi is very slow and unstable. Rooms are absolutely NOT soundproof. Noise disturbance from other guests and also from music playing in reception after 11:30pm and before 7:30am which is loud and unnecessary. Overpriced for both the hotel and the restaurant. Definitely recommend eating down in the town instead. Only 2 electric charging points for vehicles which occupy the 2 disabled parking bays so they haven’t been available yet for us to charge the car.

Beautiful property. Lovely staff. Comfortable room and we loved the pool. Suggest for $350 euro you get to use the hot tub and steam. Charging extra for this, along with breakfast seems excessive.

I was solo and was a little worried about where I would stay in France. I could not
have found a more friendly, accommodating and clean hotel. I stayed 10 days and felt like friends with owner and staff by the time I left. Highly recommend this out of the hustle and bustle of San Raphael hotel! The pool - magnificent!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Little things like giving us some water and treats as was left was a nice touch. The hotel is quiet and tranquil - the pool is lovely and our ground floor room had a lovely terrace. It is an easy drive to the beach but was nice to be away from the busyness. Car parking was easy at the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the most fabulous boutique hotel situated 5 minutes outside the Raphaél city centre. Here there is calm and trees. Also the pool area is great, clean, large and welcomming. We stayed in the suite with two kids who had their own seperate bedroom and bathroom. There’s a courtyard with jacuzzi. All private.
The hotel is neatly decorated with art pieces everywhere you look.
A nice bonus to this place is the sbsolutely magnificent staff.
This hotel is NOT 3 stars. Its more likely 4 or 5. So the price for the rooms is a bargain!
