It was a great stay for us, and it was great value for money. Excellent location. Well equipped studio. If you're wanting posh, this probably isn't for you, but if you want to be in a good area for really not very much, this place was great. We would definitely stay again.

Tous les ans nous séjournons chez Pierre et Vacances en famille, toujours un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.
Studio très agréable et fonctionnel avec tout le confort.
À côté de la pk et la ville 👍👍

Localisation parfaite de la Résidence, à 100 m de la plage et à proximité directe du centre-ville, des ports et des commerces de Saint-Raphaël. Studio très bien agencé, fidèle à la description, équipements fonctionnels et balcon agréable. Equipe particulièrement agréable.

Une résidence un peu vieillissante mais des appartements bien agencés. Une situation idéale à 300m de la gare et 100m de la plage et de la promenade en bord de mer de St Raphaël. Des hôtes très aimables et serviables. Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour. Nous venions habituellement plutôt hors saison estivale mais nous ne sommes pas déçus..

Très bon séjour Résidence au centre ville et de la gare
Personnel au top
Seul bémol c'est le vis à vis de l'immeuble derrière il faut toujours fermer les rideaux épais un voillage serait plus adapté pour voir le jour
Mais j'y retournerai certainement

Séjour très agréable. Accueil parfait.
A déplorer cependant les nuisances sonores, deux soirs de suite, de certains résidents.
Éclats de voix, portes claquées, allées et venues, musique.

Résidence très bien située. 100 mètres du bord de mer, 300 des commerces de proximité. Nous sommes venus en train, c'est ideal car la gare se situe tout à côté. Studio Très bien aménagé et lit armoire très confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant et disponible . Une semaine très appréciable.

A fuir, résidence très bien situé mais nous avons loué un appartement très petit pour 6 personnes. Le coin nuit n.avait pas de fenêtre était situé a proximité immédiate des toilettes. Les toilettes étaient tellement petite que l.on ne pouvait ni rentrer ni sortir. Nous avions une vu magnifique sur un mur situé au prémier on entendait le bruit incessant des voitures. Puis pour finir, la cuisine dégageait une odeur horrible impossible de cuisiner sans avoir mal au cœur.
