Le réceptionniste était sympathique et efficace. Concernant la chambre, il ne faut pas s'attendre au grand luxe, mais pour une nuit étape c'est très correct. La chambre est petite avec un minimum de rangement et la salle de bain "minuscule". Mais comme je l'ai dit, pour 2 et pour une nuit c'est très bien. La propreté était au rendez-vous (a priori ce n'était pas le cas de nos voisins de petit-déjeuner). Le petit-déjeuner était assez simple, mais le principal y était. Par contre, en contrepartie le tarif est correct en rapport à ce qui se fait de nos jours dans les autres hôtels. Attention, il semble que nous ayons été les seuls à bénéficier du chauffage. Tous nos voisins ont eu froid toute la nuit.

Hôtel accueillant, une bonne équipe. A l'arrivée nous avons pu voir avec le réceptionniste pour modifier notre chambre réservée un lit double pour une avec un lit double et un petit lit en mezzanine. Ainsi ma fille pouvais dormir seule dans son lit La chambre est petite mais une literie confortable

Je n'ai même pas les mots sur cet hôtel, dans un état de délabrement total, drap sale, moquette inadmissible nous n'avons même pas pu poser nos pieds par terre sans chaussures, tâches sur les draps, bruits, literie d'une qualité avoisinant le non acceptable. La douche se fait presque sur les toilettes avec une chance sur deux de se brûler.

Literie en mauvaise état, on demande si le ménage a été fait, moquette en état insalubre, la fenêtre pas étanche, salle de bain pas nettoyé horrible et inconcevable. Nous sommes Loin des photos présentées sur le site de présentation de l hôtel !!!!!!!!

Hotel encours de renovation, Mais la chambre est bien pensé malgré sa petite taille. Le personnel est accueillant, et fond leur maximum pour que le séjour ce passe bien. bien situé pour se rendre à Eurexpo. Facile d'accès, avec un parking Petit déjeuner avec mini viennoiserie et pain frais.

Ma note de 4 /5 est pour encourager l’équipe qui est sur place , qui se met en 4 pour satisfaire nos demandes, pour leur sourire. Après avoir discuté avec le responsable, ce dernier est tout à fait conscient des travaux à faire. Je pense qu’il faut leur laisser du temps et surtout une chance. Il y a un beau projet pour un établissement complètement rénové. La chambre que j’ai eu était grande car j’avais un énorme chien avec moi. La literie était bonne, j’ai passé une excellente nuit, salle de bains et moquette à rafraîchir. Le petit déjeuner buffet , basique était frais et bon. (2 sorte de pain, croissant -pain au choc), 4 sorte de confitures, yogourt, 4 sorte de céréales, à choix boissons chaude, plateau charcuterie et un peu de fromage. En tout cas je vais y retourner, leur laisser cette chance. Car au final, je trouve qu’il y a un bon rapport qualité prix.
