Wonderful stay at Pandora hotel in st Peter's port. It's spotless and so comfortable with great, service -friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious with a lovely aspect. Bedding was comfortable and huge white fluffy towels. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The gardens are beautiful and the terrace served well priced drinks and food. I would love to stay again. Thank you to all the hardworking staff and management team.

Extremely friendly and comfortable hotel set just off the main town of St Peter Port situated on a very steep hill so not suitable for the less mobile.However there is a courtesy bus that runs you into town and returns just after 17.00 hrs. The food is very good and there is a very good choice of menu also the waiting staff are very helpful and accommodating.The rooms are adequate but I must stress I was in a ground floor room and it did appear it hadn’t been used for a while and appeared slightly damp until we turned the heating on.There we also a lot of steps from our room to the main reception and downstairs restaurant but I must stress this did not distract us from having a lovely stay. There is plenty to do and see on this very beautiful and exceptionally friendly island.

I was worried when I read the review from the solo traveller saying the single room they were allocated was tiny but thankfully that was not my experience, my room was amply big enough and very comfortable. This hotel’s greatest asset is the staff, everyone I came in to contact with was delightful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel lounge and gardens are lovely, very relaxing and well furnished with a very convenient bar. I used the Seafarers restaurant a couple of times and was very satisfied with the quality and value of the food and I always enjoyed my cooked breakfast served in the downstairs restaurant each morning. The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5/5 is that the hotel is situated up a long, very steep hill and has no lift and as I was on the 3rd floor it was a bit of a workout each time I returned.

Provided a good base except that it is up a steep hill and doesn't have much parking on the forecourt. This meant we didn't like to move the car once we'd got a space. Lovely garden, good food and relaxing atmosphere in freshly decorated surroundings.

Good Bits..Room was very clean..good toiletries and biscuits and coffee..nice big wardrobe facility.. Bad Bits..The bathroom was a bit of an insult..more like a broom cupboard..without doubt the smallest one ive ever used in a hotel..Breakfast was also a let down..the continental choice was embarrasing..no cheese or rolls..the quality was pretty poor. Hotel on a very steep hill but they do have a courtesy bus..Its the kind of place you expect to find Miss Marple snoozing in the lounge.

Stayed here as part of a walking group tour. Great location in town. Rooms spotless. Excellent, bright, airy rooms. We were on a half-board deal and all the meals were great. The staff are extremely obliging and go out of their way to please the customer.

Excellent meal at the Pandora Hotel last night. Service was lovely, food very tasty, and hot plates. We weren't staying at the hotel but after stopping by & reading the menu, and staying not too far away we decided to pop in & book for dinner. We were not disappointed, absolutely delicious meal, and the customer service was excellent. Well done on delivering a first class service!

We had a fantastic time at The Pandora. The room was comfortable, and we had a sea view. Each day the room was cleaned, and it was spotless. The beds and bedding were lovely too, and we all slept so well. The breakfasts were generous and the staff serving were all so incredibly friendly and approachable. The garden was stunning and a wonderful place to sit and relax. Many thanks to Dev, but a special thanks to Will for sorting out our booking. It was touch and go whether we would make it, but he was so kind and practical in his suggestions. We were very sad to leave but look forward to out next stay. Hotel Pandora, you have amazing staff that make a stay with you so enjoyable. Thank you Team Pandora!

Well located hotel, with good service, and friendly staff, and and surprisingly good restaurant and breakfast, located in a pretty street in the high town, and close to buses and boats. I was impressed by the food offer and friendly service of the staff that I encountered. But 1 the room photos are very misleading. My single room turned out to be the size of a large cupboard, with just a tiny window, and ridiculously cramped toilet and shower that had obviously been added later. Anyone even slightly overweight or prone to claustrophobia would find this unacceptable. I felt misled and I had extreme difficulty sleeping. This 1970s version of a 19C building just isn’t acceptable in 2024 2/The interior of the hotel is cheaply decorated and very outdated.
