Started out a little rocky two seniors looking for the office in the middle of the night but after talking with the office staff the next day the remainder of the stay was pleasant.

Mini split ac. Made drip noise all night had to sleep with no air. Lamp doesn’t work. Cold water facect hard to turn. And it smelled like pot. Could only stay 1 night.

Great location. All the employees were super friendly and courteous. We had an issue with our door lock, but they fixed it very quickly. Great value for the price.

Very nice stay. Clean, close to everything. I liked that you could use all three of the hotels facilities owned by them, all on Gulf Blvd. Loved the artwork in the room.

The biggest disappointment was the pool wasn’t operational. There was a sign up saying it had filled with salt water and it being a holiday weekend it would take a few days to fix. I’m assuming the letter was several weeks old as it was not a holiday weekend and the hurricane was several weeks ago. The pool in the sister hotel was always filled and having an on-site pool was one of the filters I used when picking a hotel. Otherwise beautiful area out back and got to see several Manatees during our stay. I’d check on the pool when booking otherwise recommend !

Very dissapointed. Hotel reports pet friendly but not welcoming rather booked into alternate setting that was sub-par setting. Use of main hotel but no pets allowed therefore unable to participate. Resort fee charged for unusable pool? Complained and remaining stay refunded in full.

loved the marina , they have 2 pools but next to the marina , the hotel i was staying at had a green pool which i was hoping to just walk out my door and get in the pool , but they had a pool at the main office about 30 seconds down the street ! customer service was awesome didn’t have one complaint with the place hotel room itself they have amazing paintings on the wall ! even provided alexa for music !
