The covered balcony is the perfect spot for watching dolphins play, manatee meander and enjoying the fabulous colors of the setting sun to the west or the rising sun to the east. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. We provide beach essentials as well (coolers, toys, umbrella, towels)About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Please make sure to clean up after your dog..About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was even more spacious and comfortable than the photos showed, with plenty of room for our family to relax. Everything was spotless on arrival and so thoughtfully stocked, from the kitchen essentials to extra towels and beach gear.The location couldn’t be better! We enjoyed gorgeous bayfront views right from the balcony and had just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to great restaurants and shops.The host was fantastic! Responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this little slice of paradise again!Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning views.

We will use this place for sure. The place was stunning and a wonderful location. Adele was always available and helpful!

I have nothing bad to say about this property at all, however there were a couple of things that I wish had been available. What a beautiful spacious and peaceful patio, the icing on the cake would have been a grill of some sort, even if only electric. More than one kitchen trash bag provided (however there were plenty of other staples including bath products). Most important, provide some instructions for the TVs. We could never get the one on the patio to come on. The massive TV in the bedroom had four remotes, no one or combination of them, could get the TV watchable during our stay. Very disappointing. The living room TV-we were able to get it on with some aggravation, but after a bit of time it would shut down on its own. Several times a day we'd go thru this. We had one other small issue that was quickly resolved by text.
