前台接待服務態度非常熱情周到！指引我們去參觀了整體空間！房間温馨舒適！床品高級！出門就是商業街，鬧中取靜的位置：關上窗沒有任何聲音的！服務人員會主動幫助拎行李！賓至如歸的感覺！非常值得推薦的酒店！

Wonderful from The beginning to the end of our stay. The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned. Breakfast has many options, including juice, fruits, breads, cheese. One of the managers called Christian was very helpful and nice. He gave us many tips about places to go and sightseeing. We were greeted with champagne on our arrival and a nice note in the room. Christian acknowledge my husband‘s birthday with a special gift. We will definitely go back.

We stayed at this charming hotel for 3 days / 2 nights after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. It was not my original intention as i’m an Accor member, but i must say this is one of the highlights of the trip. We had 2 rooms for our family, which were beautiful and spotless. Kids were so happy that the bed was made twice per day, and with a toblerone by their pillows every night. The hotel offered free pick-up service from the train station , which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a couple nice watch shops within the same block, which a plus to me. Breakfast was basic but very delicious. Great experience with the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel if we visit St. moritz again.

Lovely hotel to stay. Very clean and well presented room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful-nothing was a problem for them. The views from the Sky bar were amazing. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Appreciated to pick up / drop off service to the station.Would return to this hotel.

First time at Art Boutique Hotel Monopol which situated in a central location in St Moritz. We went to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. This hotel is stunning and the staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offered us free shuttle to and from the train station. We were also upgraded to a suite, which was incredible and we were given a quick room tour. The room was splendid, incredibly clean and luxurious.

The people working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Probably the best quality of service I've received at the hotel recently. They have excellent location in the city center and complimentary jacuzzi with nice view of the city/mountains.

Loved the Art Monopol in St Moritz! Wonderful hotel with spacious clean rooms. Very well located in the pedestrian area of the town, lots of shops around & nice restaurants. Plus funicular station just across the street making it so easy to hit the gorgeous St Moritz slopes. Staff at Monopol are truly very helpful & caring . Appreciated all & especially the free shuttle to and from the train station . Beautiful hotel in beautiful St Moritz!

Excellent customer service with a great deal of attention to detail. Stayed half board which was great value-everything on the menu available apart from truffle. Great selection of wine with dinner. The hotel was immaculate and the house keeping service was fantastic. The location is ideal-central and a short walk to the funicular. The only negative was the temperature of the rooms-It was so warm! Couldn’t find a way to turn it down so ended up propping the window open.

Very nice hotel, staff is very friendly, beautiful rooftop bar and outstanding Spa. The hotel is at the center of the city, next to shops and restaurants. There is also a shuttle bus for free when arriving at the train station. Definitely to be recommend!
