Beautiful hotel,our room 107 had an awful view and you could actually next doors guests through the window and a bathroom without a window Aside from that the staff were very nice and the icing on the cake is the fabulous restaurant attatched. We sat in the garden and had a delicious meal and cocktails served by super friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was a delight to the eyes and the taste buds,it was stunning. There needs to be a little bit of paint re touching throughout the hotel.

Unfriendly receptionist. Gave me the worst room full of mosquitoes and flies when other rooms were available. Would not answer general questions about where to buy food or the location of other places in town.

I travel around the world and have never been treated this way before. No one was here to check me in and the next morning when I met the receptionist she was aggressive, belittling, judgmental and just plain mean. All I was trying to do was book a table in the restaurant and she told me, “I am not your slave” After traveling for days I wanted to shower and nap but since it was no phone in the room I had to come back down to make a reservation. She would not help me. The hotel is not worth this abuse!

Hotel needs some refreshing , updating , painting. However,it has a nice charm. The restaurant is very very good. Food great, service also great. Rooms are dated, just need to clean up some of the walls marks , stains. Prices are reasonable and most would pay a bit more if it were more modern and cleaned. Internet is poor. Slow and didn’t work in room 320 much if the time. Would come back if these were fixed

Accueil méprisant ! Douche et WC de la dimension d'un placard et cerise sur le gâteau, lavabo à côté du lit ! Pas de chaise, juste une petite table avec un tabouret ! Ampoule grillée, lampe murale non fixée ! Pas de parking ! Petit déjeuner 13€ avec très peu de choix ! Vraiment écoeurée, j'ai l'impression que l'on m'a arnaquée ! Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet établissement, dommage car il est bien placé.

Un hôtel propre et au personnel sympathique à l’entrée de la vieille vile. Plusieurs parkings a proximité. Rien a reprocher. J’y ai passé deux nuits excellentes. Je recommande celui ci dans cette ville. Et il n’a est pas cher bravo. C’est rassurant que ces hôtels existent encore. Il faut continuer à y aller.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel de france qui n’ayant pas de garage vous envoie vous garer au parking à 250 m très genant pour les bagages et les handicapés car il n’y a meme pas de zone d’arrêt devant l’hôtel. Accueil sans intérêt particulier….une chambre très petite, decoration halte vrp positionnée sur l’arrière donnant sur un terrain non entretenu et servant manifestement de depot d’objets inutilisés. Un arbre devant la fenêtre empêche toute lumière et vue , vraiment triste, la chambre pour le voyageur de passage qui ne reviendra jamais. Petit déjeuner, n’ayant pas réservé le petit déjeuner lors de notre réservation il nous est dit qu’il n’y aurait pas de viennoiseries ??? j’ai du aller en acheter à la boulangerie voisine au moins ceux-ci ne devaient pas être congelées ! En résumé halte à éviter d’urgence 😫

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes.Nous avons été déçu par l hôtel. Gestion de réservation décevante, pas de clim et établissement bruyant. Nous ne sommes pas resté pour le petit déjeuner ayant été déçu de l hôtel. Je déconseille l adresse.

Très bel établissement avec un accueil et un service client exemplaire Confort et calme au RDV Je recommande vivement l'Hôtel de France à Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume Petit déjeuner absolument délicieux et très belle terrasse ombragée.
