So dirty & run down! Our room, where do I start? From bugs, dead & alive, half the lights didn’t work, our phone didn’t work, the ac/heater sounded like it was going to break down any second, dresser broken, just wow! We put a sheet on the floor so my son could crawl & we could walk. We slept in our original clothes on top of sheets. We checked out at 8am. No one slept! Here’s a few pictures!

The staff is amazing! Sonia is a terrific manager; the hotel has definitely improved since she has been here. Wayne takes care of everything and is a great maintenance superrvisor, and Fa'Neth has been very helpful. This is a great place to stay.

This place is soooo dirty! The electric cooktop was shattered and the glass was left laying all over. The freezer had leftover food in it. The microwave was COVERED in fingerprints and food. The door was covered in fingerprints and grease.... The manager on duty that I complained to, threatened me with the cops bc she said I had been drinking. We had went to the nearest establishment that served food and had a couple of drinks. No one was intoxicated. This place was our only option after all of this so we stayed. However...I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Ever.

Staying here for 5 nights for work. First off, this is a rip off at over $300 per night during Kentucky Durby but I had to stay cheap for work and at $300 per night, it should at least bring with it a clean safe room. Let the images tell the story.

Sandra is a terrible rude person and she stole my things, She locked me out of my room when I did nothing wrong didn’t let me back in for a week and then her and her trashy kids went into my room and stole my items do not rent from this place you will regret it
