The Originals City, Hôtel Galaxie, Nice Aéroport

Disgusting attitudes, despicable behaviour refused to cancel our booking after we saw what awfully polluting area around the hotel was. I would not recommend these people to anyone, nor would I recommend lastminute to anyone that I booked them through. Rude and insulting staff.

This hotel has very bad services. Very bad matresses and possibly bed bugs within it as just from one night of sleeping on it, me, my wife, and child has suffered bug bites. The receptionists that work throughout the day are not polite and considerably rude. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest as they just offered french pasteries and bread with/or ham and some yoghurt - it wasn’t the most fulfulling. In the hotel room there is a mini fridge and they charge you for whatever has been consumed inside it as they check whilst they clean the room. It is a scam and if we had been informed of this, we would not have used the fridge as the prices are expensive. I have suspicions that they do not change the sheets and just reuse them as there was a little mark on the sheet and we expected the sheet to get changed however, the mark was still there. In addition to this, the shower head holder was falling off the wall and clearly wasnt glued properly to the wall. After continuous inquiry about this issue they finally fixed it. I am not the most happy about this hotel and there could be room for improvement.

This is a really poor hotel. Position is in a light industrial area, with many roads. It’s close to a big shopping mall but not very attractive. We booked this because it was “close to the airport” but it is not. It is not walkable at all, and public transport is not great and doesn’t run early or late, so essentially it is convenient for nothing. The hotel is small, poky and tired. The public areas are not well maintained; there was a bucket on a table in the restaurant catching water where rain was coming in. The receptionist was disinterested and had a child with him on the reception desk playing on a computer. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Our room (350) is to be avoided. The bathroom was horrible, there was a leak from the sink onto the floor, the whole room was tired and shabby, and the bathroom smelt absolutely terrible, we had to keep the door shut. There were no “facilities” such as tea / coffee making. Very few places to plug a phone in to charge and a very uncomfortable (too soft) bed. Only a sheet as a bedcover - there were blankets in the top of the wardrobe but they were not obviously clean, and we did not want to use them. Really, really a poor stay. We would 100% not come back. It is NOT close to the airport. The previous night we had stayed in an airport hotel which was clean, simple and close - a much better option. AVOID

The staff are all amazing so kind. Daily cleaning happens and freedom to go as and when just drop key in when going out and collect when come back. Great for families, breakfast is served daily for a reasonable €9 each and also mini with selection of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks and snacks deposit of €40 is taken for that on arrival. They have some English understanding. Walking distance to cap3000 shopping centre, beach and numerous food and shopping outlets. Private balconies for many and also ac is the great on hot days to come back to a cold room. I highly recommend this property and will be returning 🥰

Nice Hotel, very Large Room, the bed is also large and very very comfortable , very quiet place, the parking for my car was offered, so what else.... . I come in this hotel eat time I have to go to A. Tzanck Institute for my Job

very bad experience with this hotel. super aggressive and unkind staff. we have never experienced and seen such a bad hotel. Our advice: don't book! The worst experience ever unfortanatly… also originals there booking compant is very bad and not helpfull be carefull guys
