酒店位於市中心的大街上，往返機場及各大景點都非常方便。樓下還有超級市場。房間面積比預期中大，乾淨企理，廁所還有浴缸，玩完一整天後，可以浸浴消除疲勞。不過房間的隔音設施比較差，經常聽到走廊和隔籬房的聲音，睡眠質素會受影響。

The worst stay I have had in a hotel!!!! Booked an accessable bedroom for me and my mum who has mobility issues at the moment, with an accessable shower room, was given a accessable bath with a shower over the bath, which is no good for mys needs, the staffs responded with we have no other rooms sorry, so mum now can't have a shower for 2 days!!! (Attached photo shows the position she would have to be in to use it!) The TV doesn't even have basic free view (ironically it's a smart TV that you can't connect to the internet) and lights the keep flashing, and still the staffs responded with 'yer we don't have many channels, nothing we can do'. Worst stay i have ever had, I know thing can go wrong, but it's the attitude of 'there's nothing we can d" How about at least getting my booking right it's not rocket science!!

Premier Plus not good! Stain carpet, area of dirt and mould in bathroom. Wi-Fi not secure and disconnected every few minutes. Luxury toiletries are just 2 different types of body wash! Had to ask for coffee pods and sweet treats, didn't get the treats.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff on duty during my stay were very helpful. Dave, Maisi and Viella in particular were extremely helpful with my luggage and all my requests. They were all very quick to respond. They even helped me arrange taxis Thank you all

Excellent facilities, lovely staff, enjoyed my visit. Small issue of running out of coffee and only decaf was available but staff were helpful and explained the limitations of supply on the small island. Overall a positive experience , will definitely consider again.
