A good choice for a short stay in a beautiful location. We've stayed here before and will do so again. On this trip we chose a Premier Plus room and enjoyed the extra facilities and a great view. Service was friendly and helpful although the staff seemed under pressure at times. Downsides included difficulties in regulating the temperature in the room - we'd much prefer to be able to open the windows - and repeated failure of the room keys which had to be replaced several times.

Long brown hair in the bed, not mine or husband's, room 8 dirty behind taps and dust everywhere when side lamps on. Pressured to book breakfast time on arrival, and rushed to order cooked breakfast on day 1. What took the biscuit was asking for time to order breakfast on day 2, and the hostess hovered over us, apparently wiping down the table next to us. Me and hubby having a quiet and private conversation, to be interrupted with "did I hear you say poached egg?". Eavesdropping staff, rushing you, and the radio was much too loud. Not relaxing, the only Premier Inn I can say I hated.

Excellent accommodation and service. My only complaint as a blue badge holder is that on every evening when we returned a large priivatevcontractors van was parked in one of the 4 disabled bays with no evidence of a blue badge. On two occasions we had to park at the rear of the car park. I would not complain if there was a valid vehicle parked there.

Compliments to the fantastic team at PI, St Davids. We booked into the hotel at the beginning of January, but I became poorly. The staff were amazing, especially Jane. She was so attentive to my needs and ensured I had fresh water throughout the day; asked if we needed anything at all and asked how I was. Due to being poorly we decided to return to the hotel again and was greeted by Tyler, who we now call “Smiler Tyler”, as his customer service skills were infectious and his smile so welcoming. The room we had on both occasions was spotless & fresh towels whenever we wanted them. The food was excellent and we couldn’t fault anything we ordered. The breakfast selection was amazing, both continental and cooked, with poached eggs perfectly cooked to order. On our first visit, supper was brought to the room, due to being poorly and on the next visit we went to restaurant, where we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The service was great and each course arrived at the table hot and inviting. St Davids is a great place to get around, if you’re disabled and from the hotel the pavements and drop down kerbs are great, taking you into the centre. Highly recommend this hotel in this wonderful city. Such good value for money, clean, welcoming and friendly. We will be back soon.

Second visit to this new hotel.You really cannot go wrong with a Premier Inn.The staff are all very friendly,as always the breakfast is first class.Added bonus with this Hotel is that they have a bar,which we enjoyed.All very clean as you would expect.We will be returning when we can

I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns at this point and even though everyone says they're all the same there are a few differences. This Hotel is relatively new so it still feels fresh. A great Breakfast as usual and a lovely evening meal (but it is very busy and you may have a little wait) Really clean and a lovely Bar area. Good for access to the Fishguard ferry. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall another great stay at Premier Inn.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was spotless. Thought I was entitled to a free breakfast before my work but as I had booked it as a business trip instead of a leisure one I missed out. I watched the football at the local pub then went to bed for work the next morning

The whole stay was really good. It was a convenient location. The hotel looked really great on the inside and the outside. The reception, bar and restaurant areas all looked fresh and tidy. The bedrooms were very clean and nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. The view from the 1st floor double room was lovely. The hotel was quite busy but there was very little external or internal noise. The staff that we dealt with were all really pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and was well restocked when needed.

Booked at short notice due to revised Ferry travel because of holyhead being shut. Staff in Haverfordwest initially and then St David's (i messed up my booking), could not have been nicer or more helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure I was sorted out.. they made what had been up to then stressful, relaxed and ensured I'd a great night's sleep.
