Hotel Quorum

Most of the staff people are rude. One of them was blocking the elevator to not get the noise. You have to leave your key and getting it back always takes time. You can hear everything in the room next door. Breakfast is very cheap (I hope you love apples). Toilets opening directly in the breakfast room. Room was very tiny and a little dusty. Parking outdoor is in very bad shape but still charged an additional 15€ per day.

Very decent and clean hotel situated about 20min by car from most of the monuments in Paris. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Normally till 10 but you can stay a bit longer wich is very nice :-)

I’ll definitely stay at the Quorum hotel if I visit Paris again!!

The hotel is dated and could do with an update - our shower fitting was damaged, shelving a bit bashed and the ceiling is textured (what I know as 'Artex'), something ever less common nowadays. That said, we enjoyed a comfortable stay in a clean room; we slept well, unaffected by any noise or disturbance, and would book here again.

Stayed here for a local rock concert. Lovely tidy room with friendly service. Asked about breakfast the next day as I have coeliacs disease and can not eat gluten. The lady explained that there was a gluten free section including gluten free madeleines. She even toasted me some gluten free bread to go with my boiled eggs. Excellent!!!

Food is not that great. Expected better especially as menu is overpriced. My sushi has no wasabi. Has to ask and it was stale! The pork chop was undercooked. They really have to raise their standards with regards to the restaurant. Disappointing.

Nous avons réservé une nuit avec ma fille, conseillée par l'accueil du Mercure Saint Cloud qui était complet. Après avoir passé l'accueil de l'hotel très sympathique pour récupérer la clé de la Chambre, nous avons découvert notre chambre Deluxe très bien décorée mais un peu vieillissante. Cependant, première surprise : aucune prise. Il a fallu débrancher le frigo pour pouvoir alimenter téléphone et ordinateur. Même souci sur les tables de chevet où le branchement spécial des lampes ne permettait pas de les débrancher. Bref en 2024 un hotel sans prise ... Nous avions décidé d'aller manger dans le restaurant de l'hotel et la personne de l'accueil nous avait conseillées de s'y rendre à 20h car un groupe de 20 personnes avait réservé et risquait de retarder le service. Nous nous sommes donc rendus à l'accueil du restaurant à 20h. Là le serveur mal aimable nous explique que ce n'est pas possible à cause du groupe, qu'il faut revenir plus tard (au moins 30 min). Il semblait complètement débordé mais cela n'excuse pas le manque d'amabilité. Très déçues alors que nous avions choisi l'hotel justement pour la présence du restaurant, nous sommes donc parties à l'extérieur afin de trouver un restaurant (difficile car l'endroit n'affiche pas beaucoup de solutions). Bref une surprise un peu gâchée pour cet hotel qui semblait parfait mais clairement des points à améliorer afin d'assurer à minima ce que l'on peut attendre d'un service hotelier à la hauteur.

Attention à la qualité du matelas Attention à la surprise de devoir payer le parking 15 € par nuit. Le reste est correct : personnel, propreté, calme, petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est stratégique si vous avez à séjourner dans le secteur.
