Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. Short walk to the ski slopes. Only negative was that reception is only open in the morning and evening

Hi, we stayed as a family of 6, myself, my wife and 4 children! From the 7th of January for a week! Have to say some of the nicest staff I have ever experienced, lovely clean hotel! Girls at front desk were lovely, friendly and helpful all the time! Man doing breakfast most mornings was an absolute gent! He was so good and helpful! Very quiet week the week we went, so it was great being nearly the only family having breakfast! The hotel was spotless and our rooms were kept spotless! Spa had to be booked in hourly spots, but again no hassle, quiet and spotless! Only a 6 or 7 minute walk to the slopes and the same to restaurants! Serre chevalier I thought was easily the best ski resort we’ve gone to and we will definitely be going back to the resort next year! Also the best ESF ski instructors we’ve experienced!

Super logement très quali et cossu, la déco, les matériaux utilisés, la cuisine bien équipée, la literie très confortable, l'appartement très spacieux, le parking couvert, le spa, le local a ski chauffé neuf et propre.
