Private: well-kept terraced garden, 2'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool heated (11 x 5 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, boules. Steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars).
