For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool angular fenced (10 x 19 m, depth 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00 and 09:00-21:00). Children's pool. In the complex: lift. Roofed, parking. Shop 350 m, shopping centre 5 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grand Parc" 130 m, railway station "Fréjus" 6 km, sandy beach "Plage du Grand Boucharel" 1 km, park "Areca" 50 m, diving center 7 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 6 km. Sports harbour 500 m, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 7 km, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 500 m. Nearby attractions: Lunapark, Aqualand 5 km, Fréjus 6 km, St Raphael 8 km, St Tropez 30 km, Cannes 47 km, Nice 71 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron, Isola 2000 150 km.
